I don't think anything was so bad about his role . First of all we don know that he is gay till more than half of the movie then he is never shown with his boyfriend so it doesn't actually matter cause we don't have to see any gayish scenes . I don't understand why people have such narrow views . And why is Fawad to be blamed to take this role . He rocked in it . I started liking him more after the movie and the gay thing . Why does it even matter ? The story is not based in it ! And there are no boys to boys scenes also instead there is Fawad and Alia kiss 😆 . Ps the actor has played a role . A movie , an imaginary character . :) so I hope everything will turn alright .

Everyone were good in their role. Rishi was cute and funny. Sid and Fawad were really really good and a treat to the eyes. Alia was the usual.

My favourite scenes *SPOILER ALERT*
I loved the scene when Fawad finds out about his dad. His expressions ❤️ and the scene where he speaks with his mom. Brilliant!

Sid & Rishi too had their moments. Overall it's a good feel good movie. Executed well.

One thing that enraged me was audiences reaction. Laughing at the wrong scenes that aren't even remotely funny. I hope that changes sooner and LGBT community are respected equally in our society.

Ho Mann Jahaan had collected 1.4cr approx whereas Kapoor and Sons first day total is coming around 1.35cr approx.. Film saw fantastic numbers from Karachi where Atrium was closed to packed whereas Nueplex was full with 21 shows.. Cinepax Ocean Mall was 77% whereas City Auditorium was 48% which is even less than Bachaana..

From Lahore numbers are Excellent from Vogue Towers but other places were not phenomenal.. Cinestar had 10 shows but still couldn't contribute even 10lacs.. Cinepax fortress was 78% which is usually packed for big movies.. Islamabad was bit slow where day one numbers are just few lacs more than Bachaana despite much more shows.. Biggest Cinema of Rawalpindi Cinepax had occupacneis of 70% where Ho Mann Jahaan was close to capacity on first day..

Below is film's day one approximate territorial breakdown..

Karachi/Hyderabad.. 48lacs

Lahore.. 49lacs

Islamabad/Rawalpindi.. 23.25lacs

Others.. 16lacs

Total.. 1.36cr

Film has opened very well today again with houseful shows too but will see a fall today due to big cricket game coming and Saturday numbers might even go below 1cr.. It seems film will end it's Weekend around 4cr mark..</td></tr></table>
