Shankar Mahadevan suffers heart attack

Confirming the news his spokesperson also said, "Yes he has been admitted to Delhi hospital, he was feeling uneasy and the doctor advised him for an ECG (electrocardiogram) checkup and then asked him to get hospitalised for a couple of days, but he is perfectly fine, and will be back in Mumbai soon. We request to respect the privacy".

The composer's performances in Rajkot and Mumbai were cancelled due to his health. The National Award-winning singer has lent his voice to both Tamil and Bollywood heroes. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy trio has composed music for blockbuster Bollywood films.
