If yes - then why didn't Ms Bholi Bhali take my word for it?

If no - then why have some members been banned on the basis of a PM?

I did not accused you. I said, PMs can be edited, so before anything else, I have to make sure as the feature is still in making, and other dev team members i asked, they weren't aware of it too. and Vijay wasn't here.

ppl are banned on the basis of PMs, because, we hear both sides of the story. we just don't ban the members on the first go. they are given many chances and are kept under observation.

if u are really curious, we can try that on you.
