Amrita Singh or Tabu will suit the role.
As Amrita has played mother roles in many filams recently she played in 2 States.
Tabu is playing in Haider.
Mads won't do Mother's role in which she was lead heroine 😆

vidya played mother of amitabh in paa.

but the role has to be demanding, ram lakhan doesn't seem like , so say no madhuri.

Not madhuri, Tabu played a mom to a grown up son in namesake and thats almost 7-8 yrs back, she would be amazing

not to mention maqbool and haider

even amrita would be nice

but if I had to choose, I would choose dimple as mom. she rocks it.

and please I hope they won't show that after all the butchering, the young widow mom strips her clothes down and showers and washes the blood off and the sticky blood flows at rate of 5l/min. The scene supposed to incur pathos is just plain cheesy.
