I watched raveena's interview where she stated that she refused to play the role of MOTHER to AJAY DEVGAN in RAJNEETI...she was cool to play the mom's role (as she did in 2001 DAMAN to riya sen) but when she came to knew that she will have to play ajay's mom, an actor who was her lead hero once in films like dilwale, divya shakti and ek hee raasta and is atleast 6 to 7 years older then her, she strictly refused the offer of rajneeti where she was the original choice.

aaja nachle..where she played the role of a divorcee mom to a 12 year old grown girl (that too 7 years ago in 2007)

dedh ishqiya...where she played an AGED courtesian and an OLD WIDOWER of a nawab opposite to a VERY OLD naseeruddin shah who supported white hair

Gulab gang...where she played the aged gang leader of a village.

these accusations on madz to not play her age are SO LAME and not true.
