Hum Tum..??? EHT was all Urmila.

He got National award for Hum tum.. and since then National award lost its reputation for good. 😆

How can you have Race as a choice and not Omkara ? 😲

Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Dil Chahta Hai, Rehna Hai tere Dil Main, Kal Ho Na Ho - these were sequence of films that Saif had back then playing roles that were almost n similar getting him good reviews/praise as actor. The peak of this phase was Hum Tum, where he was just perfection.


After this film I have never liked any hero in a rom com again and compare whoever does them with this, the spontaneity, the timing, chemistry-everything was just perfect. For the same reason, the film and the performance is still as fresh as it was back then (barring of course the last melodramatic portion which was a problem even when it released) .

I see this film regularly from time to time, its aged so well.

Being Cyrus. I liked him in EHT & Parineeta (But both films belong to Urmila & vidya)
But it's shocking that Hum tum is leading as there was lots of controversies regarding his performance.
