btw the value is of property has lot to do with Mumbai's real estate. May be ur house it better than Mannat.. depends where u live.

But i liked the way he put the pictures of Lord Ganesha on entrance.. and Goddess Lakshami pic on the front view.. Ganesha brings wisdom, Lakhshmi mata bring wealth. 😊

Otherwise 100 crore homes are not a rarity amongst the billionaires in India. One politician has a 300+crore home in Bangalore. The Mittals, Ruias, Jindals, DLF's and many more top industrialists and politicians have homes in Delhi's Lutyens area where homes are sold from 100 crores and go upto 400 crores. Not just Delhi, There are many more billionaires with expensive homes in places like Mumbai and Kolkata and other cities/towns in india.

SRK was definitely a big risk-taker ... he wasn't even a superstar that time. Investing crores on a property, That was brave. 👏

I think the worth of a commodity is not just by what it is but also by who owns it...Thats why a T-shirt that is probably worth a 100 Rs...would probably auction at 5000 Rs...if Salman wore it😆...If shahrukh were to sell Mannat today...buyers would buy it at a much higher price because its Shahrukh's house...I think the article also attaches the goodwill attached with the property and has put an amount to it also...😛

Because they dont have it 😆

People need to understand that SRK is totally different from 95% of the folks in BW those are kids who are born and raised in rich filmy families so they never had to work hard to been able to afford a roof over their head as they were born rich 😆

so what for many normal is ,it is not for him.

That fact that he is by far the richest actor in India and arguably in the world today is just incredible.
