On 31st january 1997 the day when the first month of an year comes to an end a little beautiful angel descended to this earth with her confidence,sense of humor and attitude.She loves talking and has a crazy mind like me 😆😳. She loves ipkknd and is a wonderful & amazing writer of arshi fictions and prefers writing one/two shots.She has written so many sweet shots in this forum which many readers have loved. she loves reading very much whether it is novels or fictions (of course there are exceptions like school books 😆😛). Not only that she has started making VMs and edits though not much have been made but the ones made are lovely. She loves simplicity. She is a fun person to be with and loves teasing people. She is no confused soul like me and mumma di (the only smart person among three of us :P). She has the ability to speak what she thinks without fear or shyness which is admirable. She recently read pride and prejudice by jane austen and is now a Mr.Darcy fan ! (jane austen can do wonders sometimes speaking from experience 😆)
Guest roamed around the room enjoying themselves. Some muching up snacks. Other just gossiping and some dancing.
The ambience of a perfect birthday party is evident looking at the huge pile of gifts and cards and wished received by the birthday girl.
So lets see how this started.
On 30th January 2014.
*just imagine we all live in delhi/Gurgaon* 😆
"knock knock"
*silence*
Again knock know "open the door mumma di ! I need to ask something..i'll go mad if I didn't get to know about it now"
"uh..you are already mad CP !"
Through gritten teeth "I know that..open the door now"
Anandi finally opens the door of her room. "bolo kya kaam hai ?"
"pehle mein andar aao ?" I ask and without waiting for a reply dash into her room and sit on the pink couch.
"I am forgetting something mumma di"
"lo..what's the new thing you always keep forgetting sometime..forgetful girl !"
"wohi toh..abhi toh mein jawaan hu phir bhi meri yaadash itni kharab kyu hai" *pouts a little*
Anandi gives her a "duh" expression as she facepalm's herself at the girl's craziness.
I get back to the topic "I know I am forgetting something very important about someone very very important."
"how can you say you are forgetting something when you don't know what you are forgetting.huh ?"
"arre..my instincts say so and you know I have very good instincts they are always right" I say with my head held high in pride.
Anandi sighs and takes a seat on the edge of her bed.
"so let's think what are you forgetting"
"hmmm.."
-after some minutes-
"are you forgetting something about school work ?"
"uh..i don't think so remember I said its about someone"
"it isn't about your parents ?"
"no not about them"
"then who ?" *goes back to thinking*
-after some more minutes-
"IDEA !" anandi jumps in a standing position
I look at her with my usual confused expression "what"
"since you spend most of your time on I-F let's check there"
"okay" I shrug and open mumma di's laptop
We scroll through my posts and PM but when we don't find anything we check my dashboard and in the birthday section we find that its diamond's birthday next day.
Our eyes together go wide as saucers and then we both look at each other and laugh while saying another same pinch
"even I didn't remember" I heard mumma di
"isn't it obvious when I don't remember how would you...we both are so same !"
"right" and we laugh even more
After some time when their laugh reduces
"stop ! we need to start working ...plan some surprise !"
"oh yes"
And both run to make preparations.
That Night, on a conference call between the 3 idiots aka. - Me, Diamond and mumma di.
Diamond : Hi Guys, me really excired!
Me : Excited for what?
Anandi : yeah, for what?
Diamond: For tomorrow of course.
Anandi : For tomorrow? *frowns*
Me : Why??
Diamond : Guys don't you tell me you don't know what's tomorrow ?
Anandi : Tomorrow is 31st January
Diamond : Pearl you saying as I don't know that tomorrow is 31st January *makes the famous irritated emo expression -_- *
Me : then if you know what tomorrow is 31st, then why asking us? *confused as always*
Diamond : *humph* you guys are. rehne do! kaal kuch nahi hai and now me sleepy so GOODNIGHT! BYE!
and Diamond cuts the call and me & Mumma di burst laughing thinking our plan is working! After all there should be some surprises in life warna what fun ?! :D
Since deepa doesn't like much big things we decide to have a small party at my apartment with our close friends.
All preparations are made and we are waiting for all the guests to arrive and finally the birthday girl will be brought by anandi di after an hour.
Before the guest arrive I look around the hall where party is going to take place and tick all the things in my list of preparations so that I don't miss anything.
Cake - check
Food - check
Sweets - check
Lights - check
Gifts - check
Decorations - check
Ballons - check
Music -
"what no music" :O a party is impossible without it so I run and download some mast music on my laptop and connect it to the big speakers around the room.
Soon the guests arrive and the birthday girl is bought by mumma di.
She has a blind fold as mumma di guides her in.
"ho gaya ! now remove this cloth from my eyes." says an annoyed deepa as she really doesn't like much surprises. Curiosity is eating her.
Then me removed the cloth and everyone screamed together "Happy Birthday Deepa!!"
Deepa said being shocked "you guys remember? I had thought you all had forgotten."
Manorama Mami gave an entry this time "Hello Hi Bye Bye! aap aise kaise sauch sakte hai Ms Jha ! hum aap ko sureprisewa dena chahte the!"
Nk entered saying "Surprise mami, and Happy Birthday Deepa"
Nani entered saying " Hum bhi yeah hai, sab hume bhul gayi kya?? Deepa betiya, janamdin ke dher sare badhaiyan aapko"
Deepa was looking here and there to find someone..
I told, "What happened Diamond? are you looking for someone?"
Nk said " I know you are waiting for.."
"Us", entered Payal and Akash saying in union.
Deepa frowned.
Everyone was trying hiding their laughter as everyone knew for whom Deepa was waiting.
"aab bohut ho gaya! Arnav bitwa and Khushi bitwa ko bulaon ander!" Nani told.
"Arnav and Khushi!!!!!!!!!!!! Did they really come? for me? for my birthday party??" asked Deepa excitedly not believing it.
"Yes, we are here." said Arnav entering with Khushi, "Hum kaise nahi aten? Janamdin ki mubarok ho Deepa!" Khushi said hugging Deepa.
"Yup, Happy Birthday Deepa and this gift is for you." said Arnav handling a gift box to Deepa.
"Thank you so much! I still can't believe you all have come for me", said Deepa being emotional which is a rare moment to watch .
"Now can we cut the cake??? I wanna eat the cake :D" told Anandi.
"Yeah mumma di, me too want to cut the cake soon, I mean want Diamond to cut the cake."
"You foodie people," Deepa *huff*
"Don't say like that Deepa, I too want to eat cake, " Khushi
"Then der kis bat ki, hello hi bye bye, let's cut the cake." Manorama
The cake was brought. it a large chocolate cake with happy birthday dee written in white and a 17 number candle with some small candles at the side. it also had chocolate cream shaped flowers as border and it looked simply delicious.

Then Deepa blew the candles and cut the cake.
Nk asked me " Gunjan, why no music? I wanna dance!"
"Music to hai, wait let me check."I told and turned on the music.
Everyone danced like crazy and Diamond danced with Arnav ;)
"Anandi, hume bhuk lagi hai,khana kab milega?" asked Khushi
"Food is ready, wait for sometime. I am telling to serve the foods." Anandi replied
At the end of The party
" we really had a great time, thanks for inviting us" said Arnav
"And the food was really tasty..hello hi bye bye" said Manorama
"And I loved music and dancing" said Khushi and she blushed remembering the dance she had with her arnavji.
"I am happy that you all enjoyed and I am really so much happy that you all had come to wish me" said Deepa. And they went back to raizada mansion.
Soon everyone bid bye to deepa after wishing her one last time again.
After everyone was gone. -
I finally closed the door when everyone went. Turning I looked at mumma di we smiled and went to deepa and group hugged while me and mumma di shouted "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to her.
