Hero fights villain. Villain's son wants hero's girlfriend. Hero is killed. His doctor friend preserves his tiny brain. Girlfriend goes nuts and somehow ends up brain damaged. Her brain is thrown out and replaced with hero's brain because "unke khayalat milte the, dil milte the toh shayad dimaag bhi mil jaayenge". Hero now wakes up as a woman, gets a haircut, goes on a rampage against the villain. He-She kills everyone and him-herself dies but in dying moments speaks as if he is the heroine who will now reunite with the hero even though they have been showing that he is the hero in the heroine's body.

Decade: 90s.
