Hey friends..here is the lame logic..no magic! 😉
the answer is..MAGIC.puzzled? heres the explanation!😆

you have to re arrange and sum up the clues with a bit of numerology.

first comes Spades= 1,2, 3= total number = 6
next is hearts= total number = 2
next is clubs= total number = 4
next is diamonds= 1, 3= total number = 4
and last is, half of four = 2
so the numeric clue is 62442.
Now now..if u type these numbers on an ordinary cell pad..it spells MAGIC. It was in one of the "potterfacts" posted by alyesha! I had found it most fascinating. It was the password to enter into ministry of magic thru telephone booth.
as for remaining clues..many characters believe divination to be an imprecise branch of magic and is not really true magic. They despise it, as in oppose it. The forecast by Seers is not done by magic rather presence of Seer Blood in them.
And the remaining clues about not being fortune or muggle telling cards..well its self explanatory now as spades..hearts..diamonds..and clubs are meant to be signs here and have nothing to do with cards or what they mean in true sense.
So this was it..simple! *flashes a lockhart grin* 😛😉😆 and now before i get pitai and get deformed, i better run for cover! 😆😆

With reference to your reply to my previous post: The clue said - I'm not a fortune-telling card, I'm not a muggle playing card. That's why I went into my DEEP research that led to a person. Hermione obviously isn't a card, so she fit the clues😛. And later you told me it's not a person. Now you need double whacking!!!

oh yes it does...the only meaningful permutation brings out MAGIC. However if u use T9 dictionary it spells exactly MAGIC. :)
