Silence, conscious and uncomfortable - these are the three words which aptly describes VirMan in Monday's episode
Virat and Maanvi, for us VirMan fans are cute, naughty, lovely,,,,chatterboxes with their witty one-liners, with their voices which reach the rooftop .while their masti and fun and laughter fill every nook and corner of the place. Their shrill voices and the happiness and joy in their voice would fill the air
But today we have VirMan - who did not speak a word to each other, who did not laugh or taunt each other,,who did not argue for once..but when i watch the episode i thought that was a subtle communication between them...they spoke more words through their eyes, through their facial expressions, through their body language and most importantly their silence spoke volumes about their feelings
After Virat's confession that she is his partner for life, to me, this line is more than "i love you" Maanvi reciprocated it or rather said I love you too in the form of a hug which took virat by surprise, she rests her head on his chest, no words spoken, all she could do was listen to his heartbeat...He envelops her in his arms trying to protect her from anything and everything in the world..She moved her hand from behind his back to his chest and tightly cling to his shirt, she wants to hold tight onto him, as she feels secure and protected when she is enveloped in his strong arms..Both of them closed their eyes and were lost in time while he was rocking her and caressing her head and kissed on top of her head. Virat held Maanvi so preciously in his arms kissed her head and expressed his feelings of protecting something very precious, very priceless and very cherished, from the rest of the world.
He calls her name., She opens her eyes and realizes that she is in his arms.she was shocked to see herself in his arms, and she was confused and disbelief look, as how and why she hugged him,,,,,,she straightens herself up and looks into his deep brown eyes, he is also lost in her eyes... and both are completely lost in each other , she breaks the stare and she was still holding onto his arm..slowly she unwraps her fingers around his arm, and he lets go of her arm from his gentle hold...
Maanvi is still in a daze, shocked, trying to conclude what just happened,,,,she stood on the stairs supporting herself by the wall, and looks at Virat, as and when looks at her, she avoids him, feeling uncomfortable and conscious of his presence,,,, Jeevika's voice brought her back to reality,,,She walks up the stairs still conscious of his presence
When Jeevika asked if she was fine, all she says is that she is fine and wants to go home..with tears pooling in her eyes and her voice stammering. she wants to stay away from him and ask herself as what she feels for him, why is she avoiding looking at him and why is she scared to look at him...all these questions are taking a toll on her...There is not one instance where Virat's eyes left Maanvi...
They are on their way home. Virat is driving and Maanvi and Jeevika are in the rear seat...Their eyes meet in the rear view mirror .Maanvi remembers the hug and thinks what he might be thinking of her..Virat at the very moment thinks had she been aware what he was thinking about her..she would not be so confused trying to avoid him.he further thinks as how long will she continue to avoid him ,..
They stare at each other in the rear view mirror very often...and to avoid all this, Maanvi shuts her eyes,,,she reminiscences, all their moments together, starting with first Partner moment, dumb charades, partner se nurse banne ka iraadha, Maanvi saying that he is her true partner in every sense in her happiness, sadness and fun., then she remembers a moment where the sardarji blesses them to be a happy couple, and Virat says that their relation is much deeper, and we see a moment where Maanvi says that their partnership can never end so easily, then she remembers all other moments she spent with him on her birthday, in the picnic and finally to the most precious moment where she hugged him on the staircase..she opens her eyes and they stare at each other in the mirror..
Once, they reach home, Jeevika receives Viren's call, she goes inside, while Virat and Maanvi were just trying to come in at the same time their arms touch, they stare at each other, In the past there was a similar moment on Viren and Jeevika's roka.. they both try to go up the stairs at the same time,their arms touch,,,,,, Maanvi argues with him and fights with ,,,,Virat makes her sit with him on the stairs and talks with her ,,,,,,they were just talking non-stop that day.
.today it is a similar situation, but Silence prevails ,,,,,no words from either side,,, they just stare into each other's deep eyes..Virat stands and lets Maanvi walk,, she walks and suddenly stopped due to the pull on her dupatta .she thinks it to be him pulling her dupatta from behind..she is uncomfortable and confused as why he is doing this '..slowly turns towards him and was about to ask him and is lost in his eyes ..he just looks towards the door handle where her dupatta is stuck...she just follows his eyes and realizes that he did not hold on her dupatta.and they once again stare at each other...both reach out to the end of the dupatta, which is stuck on the door handle, their fingers touch and Maanvi is highly uncomfortable or rather conscious of his touching her finger tips ...and is lost in his stare and then lets go of her dupatta...He takes the dupatta and brings the end of it in front of her face,,,,,,,she, very consciously without touching his hand takes the end of the dupatta and lowers her eyelashes, to avoid staring in his deep brown eyes, and leaves from there...
(previous Maanvi would have immediately screamed on top of her voice asking him to leave her dupatta or else he will face dire...she used to threaten him and later on laugh after realizing that it wasn't him, but the door handle which held on to her dupatta)..
Maanvi is in her room, Virat stands near the door,,, she sees him, but still no words,,,Maanvi is not only conscious of his presence ,,but she is very uncomfortable around him..lot of hesitation and inhibitions ..the reason for which she is oblivious,,,
She remembers his confession of her being his partner for life followed by their hug.she closes her eyes with her face away from him .she is breathing heavily,.while he sits on the floor .she can feel his presence,,,her lips are parted and are shivering ,,,,,,,, while her eyes are closed. he looks at her face..sees her closed eyes and her parted and shivering lips...he does not say any word..keeps the medicines on the night table...and looks at her ..she is still in the same position ..and he walks out of the room...
Maanvi who can feel his presence, opens her eyes, only when she realizes that he left the room after leaving her medication..Virat is pacing his room, thinks about her,,,as why she is so desolate and forlorn and why she is calm and lull,,as he has never seen her like that '.he is profoundly worried and concerned with the changes in her and what she is thinking about ..
Her silence is making him restless, he wants to know what happened to her...why is she like that and since she is avoiding him..he calls her, '..Maanvi who used to wait and who would never miss her partner's call, disconnected the call..not knowing what to talk to him...
Virat thinks that she does not want to talk to him and he immediately texts her..When virat said Please talk to me... the genuineness in his voice and in his eyes touched my heart and i could feel what Virat is going through with Maanvi's silence - Her silence is making him awful and restless ..As always Maanvi read the message and was prompt enough to reply back ..she opens the text box and is lost for words...once again ,she has no words to send him,,,
In the past, When virat send a message please talk to me..Maanvi replied - Jiju ko sorry bola (during a tiff between Viren and Virat because of Maaya, Maanvi asks him to apologize to Viren ) at that time Maanvi has words which flowed like River Ganges '.. but today she is different Maanvi - not a word from her
She questions herself as what is happening to her? why is she avoiding him and why is she scared to face him ?and thinks why all this is happening to her...
Maanvi will get her answers in a day or two 'till then she will go through this phase of confusion, surprise and , restlessness

When i first started watching this show on May 11th 2012...i wondered if there would be a single episode where these two guys will be silent even for few minutes - but to my surprise or shock or utter disbelief, i pinch myself to realize that today Virat and Maanvi did not speak for one complete episode..but this episode touched my heart... their silence reached my heart..it is a beautiful and endearing and heart touching episode...Virat and Maanvi need not always talk.. for their silence reaches our hearts more profoundly
They held their hands innumerable times and touched each many a times '. but today Maanvi was conscious of his fingers touching her finger tip,,,,,,
They stared innumerable times...Maanvi used to challenge him and make him do everything for her by requesting or by challenging him with her big brown and beautiful eyes (in the first partner scene and in the scene where Maanvi tricks virat to go to work)...but today Maanvi is conscious of meeting his eyes or even looking at him she is closing her eyes and avoiding him...
In the past, she used to feel comfortable when he is around and he used to feel comfortable around her...but today his presence made her uncomfortable and conscious ..
This is the new phase of their story ..new realizations will dawn on them. there will be changes in their relation ..lets' wait and watch how the beautiful and endearing story unfolds before us
before i end this Kudos and my salute to Nia, Kushal and the CVs for bringing out something so beautiful with no words 👏⭐️ I am speechless after watching their performance 👏
