But maybe there came a time when Arpita also got fed up.

I think so. There had to have been a time where there was distance between them. Either from his neglect, or her being fed up. Its the only thing that explains his obsessive need to hold on. oopps. lol I think I just hit on another theory. Maybe the whole "my bedroom is a mausoleum" thing is another effect of his OCD?
OCD works in strange ways. it usually starts off with a need for cleanliness, but then branches off into other directions. There is a way that the people around the person need to behave. And part of it is not indulging them to much. The people around Yash (his mother, Arpita etc), were very willing to serve his every wish. I think that's what made him so fastidious in every part of life. He is unwilling to let Arpita go because she fits that "picture". wow I dont know. I'm on the verge of giving this guy a full diagnosis.

@Deeps: Thanks for the pics. Am I the only one who didn't find anything remotely romantic in this handhold (the pic above)? Yash dragged Aarti off in the same manner as he did Ansh...He measured both mother/son with the same yardstick and his treatment too was same...as if having already dealt with one, he now has to deal with the second errant child.

@Indu: Agree. There was a lot of autocratic Yash in that move. I did love it though. Up until I realized he was taking her outside to lecture her. That killed it a little. I had been thinking he was going to show her something to make her feel better😆 Stupid me.

Honestly, I'm trying to take everything Yash does or says with a grain of salt these days. He seems so wacked out. Either he is not in his right mind, or his right mind needs to be flipped upside down.

@Charishma: (bold) Couldn't have articulated it better. Where he was expecting an A+ in his Mission Ansh Report Card, he is stamped a failure with a big F...That's because he forgot to consult his sprite guide (Arpita) to show him the right direction.😛

It was kind of agressive. I don't know why the Indian audience finds aggression hot. Agressive men have been quite popular on Indian tv Robbie, Angad, Sujal and more recently Arnav Asr.

@ Indu: LOL his "spirit guide"! So true. And so bloody ridiculous. The man is a nut-job. I can't wait for Aarti to deliver him a good right-hook upside the head.
Its like he expects praise for his every little decision. I don't want to be mean, especially to a dead woman. But Arpita seems more and more wacko to me too. Who indulges this kind of nonsense????
The more Yash reveals about his personality though, the more I like Pratiek. He knew his brother needed shaking up😉

Angad was a disgusting rapist, and ASR is an ass. The only autocratic characters I've liked are Maan and Sujal. They were more toned down, and complete lover-boys😍
