I was reading why is Salman said to be liked by common man only. O me that sounds like lay people not so educated like him only. I am educated I like him, my cousins and buddies who are educated, doctors, lawyers, etc I know like him..so don't get the sterotype.
I Agree Salman is liked by the masses especially in India. I think its because he as a no care attitude to the media and says what he wants, at the same time connects to normal everyday people, because he tries to live like them. Though a superstar he still lives on his old apt, does not mind traveling like common man when needed. Though he gets the most neg press the masses still adore him which is amazing. Also, amongst the two Khan his aspirations towards holly or the west is not much (while the other two Khans always want oscars and national appreciation) In looks hot.
Whereas SRK traveled so much abroad and yes his loverboy and anti hero movies attracted many including me. He was adored my the media, he embraced them unlike the other two so media image helps. Plus the guy with wive and kids that happy image I think NRI's liked. Thats what my relatives tell me. In looks hes avg
Aamir I agree he may not be huge base but has been termed the one the one with quality etc (thats because he in late 90's or early 2000's he decided to do less movies). Plus the less you seen on screen the more anticipation there is, and that stategy worked. I stil unsure on his target base though. Also media wise till 2007 with Ghanji media was neg on him because he talked less to them boycotted indian awards(was vocal) and more into Natinal appreciation and Oscars. I think its because unlike the other two he started doing less movies so craze became less. In looks cute
