I know its just my pov...but the money scene hurt me a lot today...I found it unbearable.

First and foremost why did Khushi put the dabba in the front for money...what kind of way it is to get paid...it seemed as if she was begging...how undignified can you show her...just left a really bad taste in my mouth
Secondly...Damn it...the Raizadas do know that the poor girl is the only earning member of her house...and they also know her dad's condition...they go with food to the hospital and tell her please let us know if you need help...cant they themselves understand this struggling girl's financial plight...
In the previous scene...the doctor himself states that the family is philanthropic and Arnav is known to help ...then how come...this never occured to them...As the empolyers or well wishers this is the first thing a well to do family can do for their employees...
And ...3,000 bucks...dont tell me they dont have even that much cash money in the house...
Yes ..i know this will be further utilized to develop the story and add scenes but comeon...Khushi here is not begging for help...she is just asking a logical question...but ...it felt embarrasing for her...how she must have hated this conversation...Raizadas here should have shown some sensitivity..
I just felt that when you wanna help...it should come naturally...now it seems like charity
I am a bit disappointed with ASR in this scenario...he should have thought of this...he is a man of the world and does know that money will be scarce in such a situation...

U have hit the nail on the head. I found the salary scene to be demeaning to Khushi. They cd have made a phone call n paid the bill at the hospital without even Khushi knowing anything abt it. Instead of food, they cd have just given her salary to her at the hospital. If Arnav makes KKG cry for 3,000 bucks (precap), then he is no hero!

Forget Khushi, I found the scene embarrassing to watch. I think it is high time she she searches for a decent and stable job. How long is she going to be dependent on educating La?

finally...some one who feels and says it like I do...precisely...the whole salary scene was as if she was begging for it...my views on this matter agree 100% with you...its not about whether he loves her or not nonsense...its about the sensitivity you show towards another human being...this could and should have been handled by the Raizadas...and yup...a man who cannot comfort another crying individual and a man of the world who cannot handle this in a more dignified manner...does not seem to be cut out for a hero.

So true...why in the world is she so helplessly dependent on the Raizadas...why not look for another proper job...why serve as a glorified help in the household...her work and her status there has always rankled me...she needs to prove her self worth...

I do realise that the cvs used this as a stepping stone...whether to show disparity or future meetings...but about the disparity we are already acutely aware of the difference in their stands in life...the language, the households, the clothes...everything points towards it...and yes we do not always realise small matters...but when you have been to the hospital...you have seen the whole situation...and you know that girl's financial situation...the first thing any normal individual will think of is...money...how this will be managed...sorry...i dont want to give any benefit of doubt to the Raizadas in this case...it is help when it is given without asking...if given later...it reeeks of charity.

Demaning the lead lady is this writer's (GH) favourite pass time. If you do not believe watch SSN - I am talking of Gopi Bahu.
I am so very furious with the way they showed Khushi's desperation for money. Why is that the family doesn't have any savings?? How does Babuji allow the condition to worsen to such an extent? Why is Payal not doing about this situation and cooling her a**e at home?
