AL's reserved spot😆
Vru my love, I need a bit of tolerance, a bit of love, a bit of smile... have been on induced labor (ha ha !!) - spaced out work and hectic travel. Am writing in a bit of time..
. In the scene that begins - Geet outclasses all actors with her flashback "reaching out to Maan", Alas! She only recoups in a flash with a punctured heart. She thoroughly ruminates and tastes the pain of designing her destiny within this mansion, an entry she made at marriage stamped as destiny's child and now the exit with equal grace and honor to her husband and home. When a man as rational and practical as MSK cannot retain vistages of memory of a time in his life, there is no rational behavior expected from him but seething anger at being helpless and remorseful when told seemingly irrational truths such as marriage to Geet. I totally agree with this trauma because my mother suffered partial amnesia for a period of 1 week at the time of my engagement and ownward to the days crawling to the marriage … ha ha ha !! it's the truth. She could not believe that a fastidious career woman could be tamed to a life of loyalty and sanctity. LOL !!
In the auto scene, Geet has finally become herself in always interceding and allowing goodness to rule her life..a giving in she learnt has reaped richly, a spiritual saga that begets only what her pure heart desires…unknowingly she believes her babaji's goodness will now mysteriously adhere to bringing back her Maan.
Adi's sweet intercession for Geet…it happened once before when Geet revealed the truth about marriage in the conference room and left bag and satchel to start an unknown life and Adi alone knew Geet's routing, that she would be at the station. Here he goes with instant awareness of his great friend who he inducted into the Khurana Construction.. Life deals the sweetest moments for us to cherish ! long after we say our goodbyes !
Naintara – a picturesque beauty was Karishma as Naintara and fabulous actor.. the music, the evil in the air, the confidence of the elements all conjure up to make Naintara her fullest villainous best – we need to see how the present actress does her part… I have always loved Dev, and myself being new to the hindi serial world in one of the older 3IT, I cannot but remember Viji assuring me that Samir has facets of acting that would be explored thoroughly and we would enjoy that thoroughly too ! I loved SS from that instant…LOL.
How beautiful the world becomes, - and Maan knows that in his heart -, when Geet smiles…she is sunshine. How easily this dear young lass can forgive, smile and come to the ultimate tear. There was this fabulous post by SLDEEPS on how Geet smiles and laughs with gushes of tears which altoghter has an absolute replenishment of ultimate happiness…none can do this save Geet LOL.
Save her memories of her "Mohabbat", and the confidence she instills in those "beautiful past moments", Geet has actually given up hope… I now believe its Maan who will feed her that hope even if it's in the shade of his "malfunctioned spare part in his brain" LOL LOL ! This very rational creature cannot go against his thinking which gives him no peace. Usually Maan is confident with his moves; here his chess game de-satiates his perfect moves, so he seeks that perfection and satisfaction.
I love the way the CVs create that aura of past linking the present, either through flashbacks or reminders for us through the actors gestures, similar situations, similar emoting techniques…these very same repeats that enhances our memories vividly – today we see those similar movements as when Maan searched for Geet at the railway station and her dupatta scene where only imaginative pull back of her dupatta creates the right emotions and sinking feeling in our hearts. The CVs are good !!
Dev-Naintara faceoff…I love it. Often it takes time to like new people but here the emphatic words of the actors have power to create the required scenes. Very nice work by the CVs.
Cheers sisters.
