PROLOGUE
She dreamt of her prince charming coming and sweeping her off her feet and stealing her from the world. She dreamt of strolling hand in hand with her Mr perfect in the park. She dreamt of being called some one's better half. She dreamt of her fairy tale. But one fine day, all her dreams come crashing down like a house of cards ruffled by the wind when she finds out she had been married for over 20 years and she didn't have a slightest clue about it. The person she hated the most, the person whose mere presence irked her, was her husband. She rejected the marriage, he dismissed it but when someone's life was on line they had to accept it for that person meant the world to them.

Mr Khurana and Mr Handa had been friends since childhood. When Mrs Khurana bore the eldest Khurana son and Khurana heir, Mr Handa named the baby Maan, the pride of both the families. When Mrs Handa gave birth to her eldest daughter, Mr Khurana named the baby girl Geet, the sweet song of both the families.
And then'
Both the families decided to change the name of the relation between them . . . from friends to relatives.
Five year old Maan was married to three year old Geet.
Maan was sent to hostel in London when he was ten.
They met in holidays and all they did was . . . fight.
On the day of their 20th wedding anniversary, their families announce their official wedding date.
Initially, they were shocked.
Finally, they refused.
Savitri Devi, Maan's grandmother and Geet's mentor suffered from a major stroke. They loved her more then they hated each other and hitherto they temporarily became official Mr Hubby and Mrs Wife.
That was how they were tied together.
