Maan crossed the line between passion and abuse

It doesn't matter how much one person loves another, they should never resort to man handling even if they are blinded by hurt, pain, anger, love, whatever.... many people will argue that this is what Maan's character is like, full of anger and arrogance ever since the HP days... but i don't care just becuase he loves her that does not give him the right to hurt her .... Geet Handa is a human being not the property of Maan Singh Khurana and I hope that SLAP brings him to his senses and makes him realise that.....

Many people will also point out that why am i so negative towards Maan when Geet did this that and the other.... I never supported Geet when she acted harshly (ie humiliating Maan in front of his office staff and the media) likewise I don't condone Maan humiliating Geet today and especially him man handling her..... they have both been right and wrong in different situations and today Maan was WRONG!

Today Maan truly turned out to be a Dusht Danav and i hope he apologises to Geet for getting physical with her that too knowing that she is pregnant...

Some may also argue that he was being passionate in his man handling of her.... to that i say abuse in a relationship no matter how mild it is, should NOT be tolerated no matter what....

LOL... some may even say to me that if i don't condone abuse why am not saying anything against Geet's slap... well that is because Geet's SLAP sends out the message that she will NOT tolerate such abusive behaviour no matter how much she loves and respects Maan!!!!

Geet(the show) seems to be the shadow of its former self.Though Maan was always alpha,he cared abt Geet.In the way he touched her though he didn't like it.He used to be a typical M&B hero.Angry,dominant etc but also caring!

Since the last few episodes Geet looks like a bodice ripper.Ask any one who reads modern romance and they find this slang very disturbing cos it involved abuse and heroine shown pathetic and weak.Al though I have to agree,Geet is certainly different from those weak-willed heroines.But Maan def seems to be from that era where he thinks man handling is okay cos he loves her and he is passionate about her.But it's such a turn off.

Why such a sudden change?Didn't he promise that he would support her no matter what?But family pride seems to be more important.

Though Geet acted rashly its expected of her cos her character was like that from the beginning.But maan was gentle with her even before he knew abt the pregnancy.What happened now esp she is progressing in her pregnancy(though her belly remains so flat lol).

I hope Ct's turn this into what it was before its too late.Cos abuse no matter how much passionately is done is still abuse!

no wonder sameera ran away from him...it was written in the article that sameera is a positive character and i dont think moily will act as a negative character...so maybe she runs away from him bcos of this possessive, aggressive, abusive behavior...it is not as if he is perfect...everybody is now telling geet to go away from him...so it is possible that sameera did the same...we only know about sameera from dadi's pov, but we know dadi is prejudiced, in her eyes her grandson can do no wrong...see how she judged geet and later inspite of everything wanted geet to do something...
