Welll Jaya - from my perspective - the only place I felt odd was when they showed G crying her heart out when they had that fight over the shop destruction. But thats old story we all agreed there was a slight oddness there since they only met each other couple of times. But Cmon the ship has sailed. After that there was no oddness in any R-G interaction. I find nothing wrong with the speed with which their friendhip is progressing, they have a deep connection which happens. So I dunno what the big deal is.

Also the otehr parts which confuses me is - where did R go to college - duhhhhhh who cares - do we want to know where R was born - which hospital, what time.

When did R develop these character issues - again duhhhhh - who cares - isnt it enough that the story teller showed us flashback about his lonely childhod.

Seriously I dont get it when I see these questions.

I feel like the Mahaepisode twist was not thought through so the episodes following the mahaepisode was a flop. And the big mistake with the show is they are letting the breakup hang around like a broken kite. But none of the above points that some people find as a big deal makes sense to me.

Welll they specified Navaratri and this 1week window in between so I am pretty sure it has to be bcos they have plans to have a Navaratri mahaepisode. How long before a mahaepisode do they start advertising about it?

exactly rach, no hard feelings but sometimes i laugh when they tend to Supposively understand Ruhus love story and fail to understand Raga;s friendship wat can i say now ....

Yes we agreed over her crying , it made no sense ......

R childhood flashback was enough to give some idea, going in depth would have been gud but they did not but they did gud job in explaning it by stopping there ......

R choose to be alone , even in his hostel he was shown as lonely soul..... something like Tare zaamein pe kind , but here R was not having any prob but longs for parents love, some live in shell some come out with friends support .......

@Jonaki - I have a question for you. Remember I watched KAA after I started watching Sangini and when I see the Gauri-Shashank scenes I often wonder when it was aired first and when those scenes came out, did you guys know that they were not meant to be and Shiva nd Gauri will be together at the end.

I dont have too much experience with Indian soaps so I am trying to figure out how they advertise stories and how they present it.

Yeah - a lof of those critisism dont make sense to me.

My biggest issues with Sangini is dragging the break up unnecessarily and now this new guy story. I am absolutely not able to accept this new guy scenario, I am trying to build some logic around it and trying to live with it but I absolutely hate what the CV;s are doing with the new guy idea.

@Jaya - question is to you also, are there cases where the channel publishes one story and then changes the pair, the story etc entirely.

Wondering if that post has any basis.

To me they could tweak the story little bit and after the show has been running for a while do some wierd twists etc to drag. But changing the concept and the base story, has anyone ever done that before in any show?
