Innovative director Shankar, who has recently started blogging, has mentioned more about his much awaited Endhiran in his recent blog. What does he have to say? Read his latest blog:
It was a very, very happy moment for everyone. I think this is the first film where I am doing the pumpkin-breaking pooja (poosanika udaikiradhu) with the lead stars (Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai) present on the occasion," he wrote.
"Rahman gave the Tamil songs final mix master to us. It is amazing, rocking and sounding as big and grand as the budget of the movie. The first song clearly indicates that our A.R. Rahman is an Oscar winner. I hope that our combination lives up to expectations once again," a delighted Shankar added.
There are reports that the audio of Endhiran has been snapped up for a record price of Rs. 7 to Rs 8 crore range. This is the highest-ever paid for an audio in South Indian film history!

Kollywood's master film-maker S. Shankar's forthcoming science fiction film Endhiran, starring superstar Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai in the lead roles, has finally crossed the production stage. The last schedule was completed on July 7 in Chennai. To everyone's surprise, Aishwarya Rai touched Rajni's feet to seek his blessing on the last day of the shoot.
Reportedly the director is currently busy with the post production work, which is in full swing. Official confirmation on the audio launch is expected soon.
