Anushka Manchanda is the new challenger for top 6 contestants of VOI-2.

Anushka was part of and Indian band called "Viva' that formed after a nationwide competition held by Channel V sometime in 2002. Five girls won the contest and they formed the initial band.

The five girls were Seema Ramchandani, Pratichee Mohapatra, Neha Bhasin, Mahua Kamat, and Anushka Manchanda. However, Seema left soon after the launch of their first self-titled album VIVA!. They launched their second album "Reloaded" in 2003. In 2005 Pratichee Mohapatra released a special album. Its title was "With Love Pratichee".

There has been no official report regards to the group's split.

Now Anushka Manchanda is invading the Tamil and Telugu industries with her voice. Her recent song "Thee pidikka... " in Tamil was a chartbuster.
