I don't believe that he's had a real heart attack, because in that case, no doctor would leave a patient in the house.....he would definitely be admitted to the hospital.
Besides, I think Babuji is doing this purposely so that all the ladies in the house feel guilty and he has stated, that he "wants his temple to run like before"...which means that is what he is after, once the ladies give up the "OG" operation, then babuji will feel better.....at least that's how I feel.......just wait & watch!
