Shemmo turns back and sees Ratna. Ratna sees both Shobi and Shemmo and runs away. Shobi is annoyed again. She asks others "Why that girl always runs like she is running in marathon?". Jaya replies that Ratna is scared of new people. Esther says Ratna was so when they moved new to this colony too. Shobi understands Ratna and decides to do something in her mind. All leaves park early, as they have to prepare everything for tomorrow. 😃
Shemmo is in his bed and dreaming seeing roof. He dreams of that girl he has seen today morning in green tshirt. His mind is full of her, he can not control his feelings. Whenever he looks anywhere he only sees her face. He decides to get info about that girl tomorrow.
Early morning Gisel wakes up. He hears subrapatham in every house, he tries to sleep but cant. He comes out of bed and sees his mother praying and preparing sweets. Shubba says "Gisel sikiram poi kulichu ready agu, new year celebrate pannalam". Gisel says "I will get ready soon". Shubba replies "Inniki puthu varusham da, sikirama poiy ready aagu. Bhagi ya paaru, ava eppavo ready ayitha".
Ratna is making kozhukattai with Kritika. Autumns puts Kolam in-front of Mini house. Mini is doing kesari and polambufying to her kids to get ready. Jaya finishes her Kolam and asks Tanu to vilakku etufy in sami room. Sri wakes up and goes to shower. Hollie helps Esther in the kitchen by doing sweets. Shobi and Shemmo gets ready for the big festival. Pearl calls Mini, Esther, Jaya, Shobi, Shubba and Ratna and asks them whether they are ready to celebrate. 😃
Shemmo decides to see outside through the window and finds the window is locked with a lock. He shouts for his mom shobi and asks why she locked it. Shobi says "Antha window va paartha enna antha ponnu pei nu call panninathu thaan memory la varuthu athaan lock panninen". Shemmo is sad and asks his mom to remove the lock cause room looks dark. Shobi says she will do later.
All the ladies comes out of the house and sings Putthandu Songs. The kids comes out too with crackers. Bhagi and Tanu, wearing blue sarees, comes out and having a chat together. Smiles, Jinju, Autumns and Haritha joins them. Hollie, Navetha, Sneha and Kritika playing with ball. Gisel comes out and is shocked. He says "Eppa paaru ore ponnunga. Enaku company kuduka oru paiyan illaiya? Antha Sri en kooda pesavemathenguran, sigh". He turns back around and sees Shemmo. He is surprised to see a new boy in the colony. Then he realizes that he is Shobis son. Gisel is not in a mood to go and talk with Shemmo, so he stays there. Shemmo comes out and sees the happiness in everyones faces. He searches his dream girl. He looks and looks, but cant find her. Suddenly he feels some freeze and at the other corner he sees that girl. He opens his eyes wide and sees her talking with other girls in pretty blue saree. He tries to do something, but his mom calls him.
The ladies decides to start the new year with full of joy. 🥳 They share their sweets and foods. The kids are vedi vedichufying. Shemmo is searching for his dreamgirl. They decide to go to temple and have a pray like they do every year with their colony neighbors.
After they are back from the temple, Shubba asks Gisel to come to hospital. Gisel asks "En ma anga porom?". Shubbas says "Maha uncle a visit panna da. Paavom his this year new year celebrate pannamudiyama pochu. So hospital ku poiy sweets and food kuduthutu varalam". Both leaves to hospital.
Ratna oda door bell rings. She goes and opens the door. Ratna is shocked. 😕
