Thulasi, "Atha lan ippo pesi ethuku?š¤"Tamil, "Athu seri...hm..ippo ena pannalam kuttima?š³" Thulasi, "Neengalai sollunga...š³"Tamil, "It's been almost one week."Thulasi, "..Hm...kodi seikram we will reach the shore."Tamil, "Yes! Suddenly the music stops and the spotlight falls on themš². Both of them look surprised. The DJ, " And so it is this is the lucky couple who is going to cut the New Year cakeš³! Put your hands together. The countdown begins! TEN..."...the place echoes with people shouting out the countdown. TT are still surprised. Then they look up to see in the DJ floor a raffle draw bowl.Tamil, "Luck is really following us.š" as both of them walk towards the cake, a little nervous.
The countdown goes...FIVE! FOUR!They have the knife in their hands.TWO...ONE...HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!š„³The poppers go as Tamil and Thulasi together cut the cake.
With everyone shouting out wishes of happy new year, Tamil holds Thulasi and whispers into her ears, "Happy New Year kuttima!š³" and feeds her the cake.Thulasi doesn't say anything. Tamil looks down to cut more cake when Thulasi kisses him in his cheek making it a surprise for himš³. Tamil looks at her in surprise and Thulasi looks down shy with everyone applauding around them.Both of them come back to presentš. Thulasi lies down in Tamil's shoulders as she sees the sun setting, "Romba nimathiya irukuš¤. Romba thanks."Tamil quietly takes something from his pocket. It is a small gift box. Thulasi looks at it surprised. He himself opens it and takes out a beautiful ring out of it.
