The charm of Thendral is that the hero is flawed and Thulasi is equally flawed. Unlike the Abhis and Ganga who are shown as perfect and divine. We want real characters with all the flaws. Similarly characters like Kanagu and Deepa are such fine characters and hence want us to root for them without being told to do so.

You are very correct Kuttyponnu! Atleast in this serial we are sometimes able to dislike some of the main characters like Thulasi and Thamizh, the portrayal of Charu's character is a bit strange in that serial...but i am happy that the director does not show Thulasi as Mother Theresa like they showed Abhinaya in Kolangal...how much i hated that.

I enjoyed the Masalvadai scene, but the director let him cry too...that was good.Deepak was very good with his underplayed emotions.

Thanks for the updates, Srima. Naan episode paarththaalum unga updates read pannuven - it's more enjoyable to read the updates, and I get more out of it than watching the episode.😊

Sindhu, sweetygreen, Krish, all of you - relax!

Incidentally, I agree with Kuttyponnu - TA is too impulsive and rash, he should have gone into Murugesan's house in a calmer manner, esp since he had seen Mrs. M at the window. It doesn't help to get your point across if you start off by threatening to finish off the opposite party, esp if you have already been cheated by the opposite party once. It would have been better if he had pretended to surrender to the lady and fallen at her mercy. Kaariyam ellam nadantha pinnaale he could have taken them to the police. Knowing that the police are after him, this was a rash move to make. When will he learn? Will he ever learn?

Charu's father is also an impulsive guy. Luckily, his brother seems to be a calmer type.

yes eljay aunty im relaxed a bit now..

and on the serial part wat u said was absolutely correct.. tamil wants to do in hurry rash manner all the things in his work.. and even charu's dad too is very hurry person as u said..
