Vampire Diaries Season 5: Julie Plec "Sobbing So Hard" Over Fourth Episode!
Break out the tissues, The Vampire Diaries fans!TVD executive producer Julie Plec is crying over an upcoming Season 5 episode. Which ep has her in tears? Read on to find out!
"The 4th ep. of this season's TVD had me sobbing so hard on the plane that I had to cover my face with a napkin every time someone walked by," Julie Monday, raising both our anticipation and our dramatic dread (we have a complicated relationship with TVD) for the new season...We've been watching this show long enough to be fairly certain it's not happy-crying Julie is experiencing.
So, what might Julie be sobbing about? One possibility is poor Stefan's storyline. We've already determined that he had just about the worst summer ever, spending it trapped in a locked box at the bottom of a quarry. As if the drown, dry, repeat cycle wasn't bad enough, Stefan has apparently also been suffering frompainful hallucinations while getting all pruney. We're guessing the transition back into a reality where the girl you love is in love with your brother is not super easy, either.
Another Season 5 storyline that has serious ugly-crying potential is Ghost Bonnie! Bonnie basically traded her life for Jeremy's at the end of Season 4. When the new season picks up, Bonnie is still keeping her death under wraps from her friends, with the help of Jeremy, aka Mystic Falls very own ghost whisperer. As if this wasn't already complicated enough, Jeremy's "heart is still with Bonnie," which is seriously depressing considering the two can't even touch one another. Le sigh.
