Dhruvi's 2cents on 1x21 (major spoilers, avoid this if you don't want the epi to be spoiled)
OMG what an epi, honestly this is was one of the best epis of the season. They had all the characters in at least one scene. & my fave character has a decent amount of screen space, which made my night. I love it when everyone is shown, because it proves me wrong that the writers do care about eveyone and not just the trio. No comment on Elena/Bonnie situation because they both did something that made me mad. & there are parts to what they did that I agree with comepletely if I looked at there POV. Jer is honestly being a jerk to Elena, granted what she did wasn't totally right, but she did it with good intention, she doesn't deserve to be treated that way. & when it comes down to it, she's not the only one who kept things to herself, what about him knowing Anna? He deff didn't feel the need to tell her. So.... John/Isobel/Elena - totally knew it, no suprise there. Can't wait till Elena finds out and can't wait for next week itself to see what Iso/John have planned. I hated what Iso did to Ric, but I'm glad she set him free, he deserves better (ahem Jenna). I've already discussed my view on DE, so onto the last topic, which I save best for last (youknowthis) BAMON. Dear lord, did they bring the book Bonnie out or what? She was honestly and snarky, loveeeed it. She's the only one atm that can tell Damon what's up without him being able to do anything. Part of what Damon said didn't make sense. If he killed her, shouldn't she be the one not being able to trust him? Hahahaha, blooper? No offence to DE but when Elena said he could trust her, my mouth dropped. Didn't she hurt him and betrayed him when he wanted that tomb open? She and Stefan went behind his back with the grimoire. The look he had when he found out that everyone he trusted at one point lied to him. Every single one of them. So that's why I was like, hmmmm out of place. Which is why I loved when Bonnie said he's right he can't trust her, honest, up front, wrong, but at least he can trust her thruth, if I'm making any sense about this.

Sabs: Honestly SE is supposed to be the OTP of the show, the epic. So it makes sense for JP to chat it up on them. True, they are not my verison of epic and deff not my OTP, but she's not wrong per se. As far as Bamon, don't worry even if they don't happen till S3 because if we have DB now, we'll deff have some in S2 as well. Hopefully the kiss at Ric's party & slowly build it up from there on. So I would say somewhere in between of S2 end to S3 beginning, with Bamon actually being a legit couple in S4, if they follow the books.& like Jaan said, we always have the triangle throught the series, it holds true in the books as well. So it all depends on thatr they have planned. & OMG love how you stated the book summary on the couples. It's 100% true.
