@bold yes absolutely I agree completely with you. It’s not the right way to show and it’s not even the right thing to show on general tv. But again I say the same it’s itv. These makers want plain drama not anything close to reality.Originally posted by: hellodona
Yeah the discussion goes in loop anyways but rape attempts being trivialised to this extent, I just cannot. But I do wish they simply edited it out from original story, itna badal rahe hai toh issko kyun rakha. Anyways as a victim of harassment, I have forgiven without being asked, as have many other victims but never once I or any victim would say things like you were punishing yourself by molesting me. That is some next level cringe whitewash, just say I forgive you or whatever and move on.
Don't agree with jail track difficulty to trust, if Veer could Angad could. But he did not and suddenly did because? 0 head or tail because he said sorry for something he was not guilty for in headless pregnancy track and reverted to a monster with very limited remorse in jail track.
But I guess Veer trusts Sahiba like Angad trusts Seerat to balance it out, because bhabi is always great for Ghum ph.
I know many women suffer in abusive marriages and they have no out or authority to fault the husbands or get them punished. Here at least for itv standards they have shown FL was strong and opposed his advances strongly, and that over a period of time ML did feel remorse and disgust for it. The dialogue about that he was victim is wrong, bcos regardless he can’t do anything he pleases just bcos he’s a victim. If it’s wrong it’s wrong. That part of the scene I don’t like.
