Hello TMD Worldwasis,

Today's episode felt like an alternate Universe, where I became a part of the Brar household. While watching the episode, I felt as if I was one with Manbeer's character and feel all that she did for her child... I saw a helpless wife, craving her husbands love and understanding, knowing that will never happen and in that, she became a wall---standing against him, rather with him. So much so, Angad became her only sanity and in that she got so blinded, she forgot, sometimes she truly had to be his mother too.

I could feel Jasleen's pain, owing to the fact, that she lives and breathes in 'victim mentality'... whilst her scheming mind is something that can give local gundaa's run for their money, I just saw a fallen woman with crushed dreams and burdened expectations... I saw a woman with crippled aspiration, birthing and nurturing venom in her heart.

In Saahibaa, I saw a woman fighting with standing in her own identity, to do nothing with her mother, and yet a daughter was hurt beyond measures to what her mother faced. The insults that were hurled at her, the low-life treatment she was addressed with by her own 'so called' husband... that broke her a little more!

In Angad, I saw a man truly broken for the first time---today, rather than feeling he is foolish, I felt that he is broken... and well, that kinda hurt. As for Inder... well, I guess... all of us can conclude the relation that he shares with his wife. But, what I appreciated today was how he motivated Angad without making it all dramatic... he merely shared his views and that he believed his son to be far more mature than he ever was. This also entails, somewhere both Manbeer and Inder forgot that their son needed his parents to protect him, be parents to him... rather, he became their shield, nursing his own heart witnessing his parents do not see eye to eye!

Today was a lot of emotions which spoke volumes about the whole Brar family and the family dynamics... Everyone in the family is nursing a broken heart or trying to mend relations. There is a lot of love and concern, but there are also walls created because of assumptions about one another.

What shook me a little was the precap, where Angad was forcing Saahibaa. Okay, I mean, I understand that both of them do not really like each other... but what is with inhuman behaviour? No amount of heartbreak should lead to such crass behaviour and I suppose, where gender differences already run so deep in our country, it is high time television world revamp its ways to show a couple! I felt a little sick to my stomach anticipating love and friendship between Angad and Saahibaa in the near future... I mean WTF... alas, I do live in a fairytale world in my head!

I see so much potential in SahAn's chemistry, only if CV's naturally tweak their way of being. Tweaking Angad's character in general would be a treat... that would also mean a small win for viewers/fans, I believe.

But all in all, today was more like a game changer episode in TMD world! I was definitely feeling a lot of emotions and a lot of thoughts were pouring in... I genuinely and sincerely hope the creative team become consistent in a plausible storyline rather than adding unnecessary drama, high voltage or not! So take a bow CVs for today's episode! 👏

Of course, this is my personal opinion but I really felt like sharing it raw and real! Looking forward to your response on the same!

I completely agree with what you have written. Today’s episode was full of emotions. With Manbir I feel her emotions are palpable. Manbir is going through a lot in that house for years. She is a married women but doesn’t have her husband by her side. She is a daughter like daughter in law but eventually they ignored her emotions by the others for there rules or convenience. Her only solace was her son and now to see her sons life getting miserable due to the same family for which she bared all these for years it hurts her so badly that she is broken completely. I felt sorry for Inder who is a father & husband who genuinely loves his son & wife but couldn’t be with him because of his own failure or heartbreak. I felt sorry for Angad who lost his first love due to circumstances or wrong interpretation. Sahiba is also hurt because of the circumstances with which she had to land up in an unknown place with strangers of which majority of people hates her, accuse her because of her mother. With Jassi I think she is on the opposite side of the same coin with Manbir. Jassi too didn’t have a happy married life, she went through a bad phase during divorce even though she was with her family she wanted me her to care for her or at least to reciprocate the care and affection they have for her.

Yeah today's episode was good one. it was not just usual insults and zillat to FL but they showed Manbir and angad's breakdown too. that was needed. Angad was so shocked when Manbir said all those things to Jasleen. the bua he trusted so much being part of the con was again a blow to him

thankfully after santosh left none spoke anything harsh to sahiba. Even when she said i didnt cheated u, angad and manbir were thankfully silent. we can may be interpret that as they might be thinking (but its ITV, cant happen i know)

Sahiba's crying alone in room broke my heart. but sahiba veer scene was good.

Exactly, I second you! I mean today's episode was more of showing a different side of the whole Brar tribe... Baweja by marriage or not 😆

How they are weaving new shades to the cast right now is quite interesting and I am hoping against hope that it does not lose it's essence in the long run. I am intrigued how this story unfolds going forward...

And you did get my point brilliantly! Thanks for such an amazing response 😃❤️

'Heartist' ji and Devar ji was a rockstar duo today, I must commend! 😆 but there was little slip of Veer calling sahiba bhabhi, where they mostly address SIL as Parjai... but well... the scene between them was so amazing, it really made me smile big! Veer's song especially was crazy and in future I see his character shining brighter for the greater good of the show! VeeRat chemistry will be a treat to watch for sure!

Even I was caught by surprise when they did not say a single thing to Sahiba when she spoke again about Jasleen... but it was more like, apno se dhokaa khaaye, kyaa parayon ko kuch bol paayenge ab... as in for them, Saahibaa is still an intruder in the family, right! And angad was definitely lost in sea of thoughts, so his announcement could be a big shocker and a twist for the future story!

For me today, Manbeer stole the show *hides face and runs away* 😆

As I have said in this forums that this family is really patriarchy regarding women's. What manbeer is going through Sahiba is the younger version in present situation. What Inder is going through Angad is the younger version in present situation. Inder and Manbeer relationship will have a affect on Sahan too. Jasleen got the karma for making people low in public today sahiba made her to taste the same medicine.

Waiting for Sahan relationship to get cordial.

Today for the first time - we saw Angad’s raw pain. Not that it wasn’t visible before but his caveman like actions were putting a shadow over his pain. He fell head over heels for someone who was only pretending. Angad Singh Brar - the acclaimed jewel expert could not see the woman for the coal she was. This was evident today and I felt bad for him.

As for Manbeer-Inder, I firmly believe they were forced into marriage by Daarji much like Angad - Sahiba and being of an older generation divorce was not an option for them. Daarji perhaps expected them to work it out but the only thing that happened was they had a kid ( physical relationship of course can happen without any love whatsoever) and now the kid is stuck between them too. This is why clause free choice is so important. Anything done under duress will in a domino effect ruin so many lives.

As guessed, Daarji did not let his own daughter work - now he might’ve been doing this because he knew she wasn’t good enough or trust worthy but he still alienated his own daughter. She could’ve been given chance to climb her way up in the company or placed somewhere she had skills in. I mean that woman knows how to scheme so why not employ that skill somewhere useful in business?

Again we see the effects of placing so much store by marriage and so little by making women financially independent.

Loved Veer- Sahiba and loathed the precap - Angad is so deep in his misery that he is hurting Sahiba left right and center. I would want Sahiba to divorce him soon at this rate.

You're absolutely right... The Brar household does seem patriarchal in ways more than one... But don't you feel there is so much mystery to this family! Like, yes, they are super rich and all that jazz... but so much is still shrouded in thick fog that's clearing gradually.... And I do resonate on Saahibaa-Manbeer bit! But I hope, this MIL-DIL duo turns out to be crazy amazing! It seems like soon she will begin to see Saahibaa more than just a charity case

I cannot wait for SahAn's relationship to turn friendly soon either... Because if the Show Makers wants the show to have some head and tale... Direct love shove ho jaane ka to chance hie nahi hai boss!
