I actually don't know any contemporary actresses 🙈😂 I used to be a tv buff back in that time so all I can remember Drashti, Shanaya, Rubina, Sonarika, Mouni etc etc 😂😂😂 From the contemporary lot I only know Erica Farnandez but I don't think she'll really fit or even consider such role😬

Yes she was in Salim Anarkali I guess never watched it. Even sonarika is a bit too senior to play Seerat

Heli was in Salim anarkali as Maan Baai ...That character was crazy for Salim in that show....
