The one who played angad's role in bengali version was damm romantic ..bina touch kiye ankon se bi romance kar sakta hai...vijayendra romantic scenes mai kaisa hai kyu ki pehli baar iski show dekrahi hu so no idea... Baki scenes mai he s doing much better than riddhiman..

Og wala romantic kam sanki zyada lagta tha. Vj is damn good in romantic scenes too ...

I feel Riddhi did well with the anger/silent fury scenes too. I am not talking about the angry abusive scenes but scenes where he is fuming. Here I did not feel Angad’s anger even when he was throwing around things in his room.

Honestly speaking, I loved Gaurab Chatterjee as Riddhiman. He literally lived the role! His portrayal of Riddhiman's ego, anger and dominant character was very convincing and just used to make me wish strangling him. His portrayal was very passionate, the way he used to grab Khori I sometimes feared he's gonna injure her 😂😂😂 And equally great was his romantic portrayal. His eyes & expressions everything go so soft and yet mischievous at the same time 🥺🥺

I am sorry peeps but I don't find VJ that convincing as Angad. His Angad Singh Brar seems very pheeka in front of Gaurab's Riddhiman Singharoy.

Exactly my feelings 😬 Angad seems a bit mechanical and just going with the flow. Woh feel nahi hai.

I agree with you on this..riddhiman was gud in passionate and romantic scenes..his obsession for khori made me hook to the show . anger scenes mai riddhiman beast lagraha ta. Riddhiman is a dominant, obsessed and possessive guy jo angad mai missing hai.angad aaj ke scene mai beast nahi but decent laga so scene ko dekhne layak laga..but baki scenes main peekha lagraha hai riddhiman ke acting ne muje force kiya she dekhne ke liye ..

Same here 😂😂 Never in my dreams I thought I will ever watch a Bengali daily soap, let alone be obsessed with it 😬 But I was totally hooked to Gaantchora! Reasons? Riddhiman Singharoy and Khoriddhi chemistry. Both Gourab & Solanki are phenomenal in their respective roles. I think Gourab could portray his scenes so convincingly, especially the anger & junoon type scenes, because Solanki complemented him so well.

I find Himanshi a bit stiff too And that fire crackling chemistry too is missing here. Maybe because Himanshi is practically a newbie and VJ Himanshi don't have that comfort level yet....kya pata. 😅 But I don't see them beating Khoriddhi anytime soon. 😌

Yup I think himanshi s doing much better than that what s expected from her, like calm bi hai naughty bi hai gussa bi hai dignified bi hai aur strong bi hai... Khori thoda lacking hai but her chemistry with riddhi is damm gud... Hope its too early to judge angad sahiba..kyu ki GC mai bi starting maj in dono ki scenes itna nahi ta wo post reception and after seerat's return I started liking khori riddhi chemistry. .. Riddhi ko aur uski romance dek muje pak ke actor fawad khan yaad aata jo eyes se bi romance karjate hai...
