dont you think the dress which jazz and amaya are wearing are tooo short
the day when rudra came to their house , jazz opened the door with shorts
and amaya was wearing a green skirt ( omg short to core)
is this the way girls wear dresses in high class society
i am unaware of it
i feel embarrassed to watch them with my family

I am not against the post or the dresses the leads wear but such dress code is not appreciated in a place like Benaras.
Even Sneha was shown wearing western outfits but while in Benaras she sticks to Salwar suit only. I think the girls can carry on wearing jeans and all but short skirts should be avoided.

TBH, I have never noticed their dressing styles...( may be now onwards)...but the issue of wearing a suit as part of uniform I found to be OTT...come on it's a uniform...second, one of my cousin living in India goes to one of the elite boarding school...Welham girls Dehradun and she wears salwar dress as part of uniform...once visited the school...and to me all looked fine...I don't know why self-proclaimed modern girls are embarrassed to wear Suits...even in one of the early write-ups I read that Hiba said that she was happy that no more she has to look like a behanjee...

That's because skirts have been hyped too much. Skirt, a tie and a blazer gives you some English kind of feeling. In some places its weird that students are made to wear blazer in such rough climatic conditions.
Our schools had tie for all as a compulsive dress code. Later, it was modified and the provision for wearing a tie was kept only for the winter season.

According to me, schools from a place like India should put less emphasis on uniforms. Instead the authorities should care more about the falling standards of the education system in India.

For me yes its weird that they are waering such clothes in Banaras, because I was in India couple of months ago (my first ever visit to India) and I was wearing jeans and people gave me looks. It made me very uncomfortable.
But the uniform thing it's actually (for me at least) not very OTT for me because I understand Jazz point. On daily basis I wear jeans shorts and skirts. So I am more comfortable in those cloths every time I have to wear a salwar kameez its makes uncomfortable because it's nothing I wear on a daily basis.

It's like when someone ask a person who wears salwar suit on a daily basis to wear a shor skirt, that would not be comfortable for that person. And different schools have different rules.

And I don't see any fault that Jazz and Amaya wears shorts inside the house. End of the day it's there home, and they should be allowed to wear what's so ever they want in their house. No one is to judge them about it. Itshould be Rudra who should think before entering someone's house that they're a house of female. He should have respect for his gender.

I haven't seen to wearing some wrong when a stranger (who is not Rudra) wearing shorts.

Yes they wear skirts to school in a cold country but there is something called woollen thights and a winter coat which they wear plus many schools have temperature controller where they control the temperature, so it's not cold for the students. No student doesn't freeze.

Hmm...even i feel a bit awkward when specially Amaya wears too short skirt...😕
i mean ok they have been in such a lifestyle...and its ok too if they wear such short skirts at home...thats what they are comfortable with...its okay with that...
But just care shud be taken to dress properly when they step out in public...specially according to the place...bcoz in India such thing matters...that day she wore a short dress to mandir...😲

I just wondered once when they sleep in shorts...mosquitoes dont bite them???...no electricity...so it may be hot too...😆

Can you please clarify your post .I don't think I have anywhere mentioned how poor girls have frozen to death for wearing skirts in a cold country. In fact the comment was not for cold countries at all. We were discussing Indian schools. Temperature controller in Indian schools ? Well, the one I went to didn't have one. May be some elite schools have it but most of the schools don't have it for sure.

If your comment is for the blazer thing then I will accept it because its a personal thought that blazers are not comfortable for Indian climate. Also, Sweaters here are not only cheaper but also easily available.

Yes, the wardrobe surely ticks me...I mean look at every dress Amaya wears. Short is all I can say...She seems to be one of the crowd wearing so it does seem awkward.,,As for Jazz, she does wear jeans sometimes so not much of a deal...And Rachita never wears a skirt! Perfect! Do you think Amaya will wear that suit which Mantu bought for Uma.I somehow think it's not possible but it's gonna seem cute when it happens..
