It was half seven and Taani and Anu were heading to the cinemas with their friends to watch a James Bond movie. They entered the hall and sat down. The lights turned off and everything was dark.
Taani didn't really want to watch the movie. She just came for Anu.
Suddenly it showed a dead man, blood all over his his. Taani was frightened. Taani grasped Anu's arm and looked away. She realized that he was looking at her.
Taani: Sorry.
Anu: Chal.
Taani: Kaha?
Anu: Eh Taani, chal na.
Anurag explained to Mauli that they were going out and she just smiled.
Taani: Why did you come out of the theatre?
Anu: You were scared.
Taani: I never was.
Anu: Then why did you hold my hand?
Taani blushed and changed the topic.
Taani: Let's go and eat kulfi.
Taani and Anurag walked to the kulfi stall.
Taani: Bhaiya, teen kulfi dena.
Anu: Who's going to have three?
Taani: Two for you and one for me.
Anu: I'm not going to have two.
Taani: Fine, I'll have two and you have one.
The man gave Taani and Anu their kulfis.
Anu: Taani...
Taani: Yes...
Anu: You know that tomorrow is Valentine's Day and their is a party at our college...
Taani: Yes. Just say it quickly.
Anu: Who are you going with?
Taani: I don't know. Who are you?
Anu: I don't know. Would you like to be my partner for tomorrow?
Taani was a bit surprised.
Taani: Yes. 😳
The day arrived. It was time for the party and Anu and Taani reached the college.
Mauli: Taani, you look really pretty.
Taani was wearing a yellow sari and Mauli was wearing a long red dress.
Taani: Thanks. So do you Mauli. Who are you with?
Mauli: Robby. He's just gone to get some drinks.
Taani glanced at Anu and smiled. 😊
Taani thought: Hmm. Kuch to chakkar chal raha hai.
Suddenly the music started and all the couples went on to the dance floor.
Anu: Do you want to dance?
Taani nodded her head and Anu walked her to the dance floor.
