This post is just marking the journey of "Tere Liye" so far.
It all started with the friendship of a young boy and a young girl. Their fathers were friends and they were best friends too. They fought, smiled, laughed, played and loved[even though they didn't quite know it yet!]. They were inseparable. No one and nothing could ever break their trust in each other. They could sacrifice their lives for each other without even blinking.
No one understood their bond. They didn't understand why on earth would someone put everything they have at risk just for a best friend?? No one knew them better than each other. Each thought, each fear, each hope, each dream was sensed by the other. They would bear every harsh word, every insult every slap just to see the other smile.
Such was their bond that they withstood a separation of 8 years! If people had thought that those 8 years without a word of communication from either side would tear them apart, they were miserably wrong. It was a relation of the heart not so easily breakable.
Their relation of such true selfless and pure friendship baffled people. They could not comprehend this madness!
You'd have to say one word against one of them and the other would defend them without losing a beat. No matter what they were accused of; robbery, murder, anything! The faith they had in one another was absolute.
This beautiful rose of friendship soon bloomed into a blossom of love. No one was surprised. They always knew that this was going to happen! They had found their better halves in each other and hoped to live a happy life but that was not to be. After the enumerable hurdles life out in front of them, they emerged victorious and their love if not anything else, just increased. It was pure, true and faithful, their love for each other. They'd do anything to ensure the well being of each other. To save the other they'd suffer silently without a word of protest. And every stone in their journey became a milestone of their eternal love.
Their love is ageless, timeless, eternal, all consuming, passionate, honest, proud, humble, strong, pure, truthful, faithful, beautiful and every time fate would conspire against them, they'd bear it all, silently by saying - "Tere Liye...Sirf Tere Liye" and bounce back victorious each time.
That is the love between Anurag and Taani. Two individuals who are the epitomes of love...trust and sacrifice.
And that right there is why they will be together. Forever. ❤️
