Why does Saksham call his father Mr. Modi?

Ofcourse Saksham is Ahem 2.0 and just like Ahme he too has an uneasy relationship with his father. But as I started watching the show rather recently what is this tension between Saksham and his father?

Also how is the relationship between Mithila and Keshav? I still find it werid how he is married to two women..... like Indian TV really has been showing polygamy a lot on shows recently which btw is illegal.

Saksham is not Ahem2.Ahem was an angry man who cares only about his mother.But saksham is soft n loves his wife very much.

Mithila was not able to conceive.But Kelham wanted children.So Mithila ended her marriage with Kelham n got him married to her sister Meenal.Because of what Keshav did to mithila,Saksham doesn't like him.Its not really polygamy as Keshav Mithila are not a couple anymore.
