hey guys.! How's your weekend shaping up?

I wanted to share my NEW and CHANGED thoughts on Mr. Kissen!

When the show first started, I was VERY irritated with the host.! He was annoying, repeatedly used language that was beyond me and said stuff at which I was embarrassed for him!

anyways, after three weeks into the show, I must say that even thought RaviG still does all of those things, I have learned to respect the man!

today, when Abhijeet was screaming his lungs out after Aneek's performance, he did what a good host must do -> he steered away from controversies and brought Abhijeet back to the main focus of the show. I LOVED how he said that the singer [ATIF.. who I still love, NO MATTER WHAT ABHIJEET HAD TO SAY!] had their own growth and experiences, and that one day the singers of ESBE will have the same fortune soon enough.!

I was really impressed that he stood his ground, and had it in him to – very gently – get back on the track, and keep away from any more drama.

I wanted to say something a week ago as well, when Harpreet was bottom two, and he encouraged him, but I forgot. =)

Yes! I love him as a host now. I've been noticing his serious side of him, and well he's is one of the best hosts ever. He can really lighten up an atmosphere and can really make things better...! I used to be annoyed by hi 'babu babu' but now I totall love it all.. 😃

he's a very good host.. infact he's the best host i've seen on Zee TV ever.... better than saregamapa hosts too... ravi is entertaining, natural, funny, and everything a host should have.... he makes me and my family laugh... in fact he's the reason i started watching the show.... he kind of looks like mithunDa at first i thought he must b his son... i hpe...i hope Zee Tv takes him to host the next saregamapa challenge 2009...

Very well said! 👏 I agree with you completely! He is one of the few hosts that are truly there for the contestants and cares about them. I'll admit that I sometimes do get annoyed by and don't find him the best host out there, but he does an okay job. He is improving, and he is respectful and nice. I have only watch this show twice, but I loved how he stood up to Abhijeet respectfully when he commented ill on Atif Aslam and yelled at Aneek. He gets the focus of the show back on track well because he is strong but in a respectful manner.

Someone told me "when hell freezes over" will be later than "Ravi Kissen will have fans" and I did not beleive him 😉 😆

i for one did not dislike ravi even when some others complained he wasn't that good. i found him to be hilarious & rather refreshing from those pretty boys like aditya narayan (whom i love) who hosted reality shows on zee.😊

ravi's language might not be understood by all but at least he knows what a good host should do.👏👏 maybe he should try hosting SRGMP C-2009 alongside aditya. himesh wouldn't be able to bully aditya like he did last time.. hehe..😆😆
