Yes its true and written in the Update. When he said it was for his first love and he was just sixteen then, Ravi Kishan teased him and said its the girl's loss then and asked where she is now. Kushal replied that she is no longer in this duniya😭

That was soo sad! Kushal such a great guy...and I enjoyed his performance as well!
