Whenever Abhro sang, he looked like he was feeling the song, and we could see the expressions in his eyes. I wonder where he is now and if he is busy working on his riyaz.

Well I never watched the season of little champs in which Sanchita participated in. Thanks to youtube though, I have gone back to here some of her performances and it is true she was much better then even though her voice has never really struck me. (I also saw and liked Abro's performances but I don't know what he sounds like lately.)Originally posted by: ChicksDigMe
Agree with a couple of points some of the posters made:
1. Sanchita doesn't look like she's 16 years old. Even back in the "little champs" days she never looked little. But it's OK. Doesn't matter. We will assume she is indeed 16 years old. No harm done.2. Abhijeet is not related to Sanchita. I think he would like to be related though. In what way? Your guess is as good as mine.3. True, Raja is uncomfortable singing outside his "genre". Musarrat of course is totally uncomfortable singing songs that are outside of his style. Aneek can't sing what Raja or Musarrat can sing. So what do we get out of all this? That, each singer has his style, the mentors / judges are supposed to encourage that and bring the best out of the contestants and in the process give us some quality entertainment. Unfortunately, this has degenrated into a circus. As long as you have human judges, you will have erroneous judgments. The public voting is supposed to eliminate that but then in this show the final vote always rests with the judges (some crappy showdown whose result is a pre gone conclusion for any savvy audience) which is so unfortunate.

Sanchita getting a 10 is something we cannot understand. But I liked the way she moved her hands, head and eyes singing some World War I songs.😆
I think we are all trying to figure out why Abhijeet praises Sanchita to the great extent that he does.Originally posted by: angel_stylus08
i like sanchita but i think abhi praises her bcuz shes from bengal and so is he which is why he also like aneek and sayantani =)

But as far as Aneek and Sayantani, they haven't received a ten from Abhijeet while he has given Sanchita a ten 2 or 3 times now. One could make the argument that there are other deserving singers who deserve full points but haven't gotten them yet. But the Aneek/Sayantani jodi is the most consistent, in terms of marks and performance, of the jodis...
