I just watched the show here in Sydney last night where Abhijeet refused to judge the Pakistani artist.

While there has been continuous coverage of blood littered hospitals and streets in Bangalore, Ahmedababad etc - we are still inviting these Pakistanis when everyday innocent Indian citizens, soldiers and policemen are bing killed by the terrorists being trianed in Pakistan. Why?? Just because India is a democratic nation and a secular nation - we need to be nice to them?

I was aghast to see a news program where some of the terrorists have confessed that they are trying get their own candidates across the border into these Indian TV programs.

Yes - by inviting Pakistanis - Zee TV/Sony will be subscribed by many Pakistani households outside India - more money for them - at what cost? Being a bankrupt nation herself, they are desperate to cross the border.

Hats off to Abhijeet for refusing to judge these Pakistanis. Obviously you have seen the pictures of victims of terror in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Bangalore who knoes where is the next target.

Unless and until Pakistan cooperates with India and hands over all the wanted terrorists - No one Pakistani should be invited - it is going to be utter disrespect to those who have laid their lives fighting these terrorists!!!!!!!!

Ok Assume some Hindu committed some crime, would you think whole hindu caste is a criminal?

My point is that it's not a good thing to figure at someone for others' crimes.

i hate when atif fans blam indians whenever anyone call him besura...... they think as if he is God or something ....india mein to koi talent hi nahin hai.....they said lots of bad things abt india and Indian whn abhijeet and adesh pointed on Atif....at that time I hate all those who give chance to Atif type pakistanis instead of deserving their own Indians ....but when it comes to singers like Mussarat i always think if these type of good singer r there they can come to India ......as music has no boundries....but instead of all peace process and all other things still we got Blasts , innocents have to shed their blood for no reason.......then no music nothing comes between, i m an INDIAN first then anything else and as an Indian yes Abhijeet was 100% right......our country ppl r dying and pakistanis r getting fame in India....😕

I know its not everyone's fault but some stupid thinking ppl.........but if one Indian bash Atif all Atif fans can Blame Whole INDIAN NATIONALITY for that ...yeh to fir bhi Hamare Desh ka sawal hai........

I am an Indian (in fact from ahmedabad where bomb blats happened) but I would never say that certain race did that..cuz thats just wrong

Well Atif is not besura, they are in the main stream because they are talented...and he's not besura...and I judge people based on my individual thought and he's a good singer there million of people who like atif...plus not ALLLLL atif's fans say that ...and if u think give me a proof...this is the proble with people in today world...when certain people do something they consider them as ALL .

its not false blame or something dear whole world know abt it.......its not something new we r just assuming but its a fact....and if u r indian then why r u so worried abt others....Blasts happend in ur city/ country ......its better to be worried abt ur own city/country

and yah i m not saying all r responsible for that....obviously not all r same.......

now have to go so wont type more otherwise it'll be a hot debate 😆

I consider all Atif fans same as till now i havent seen a single Atif fan acting mature and accepting the truth abt his singing.............and i dont need to provide u any proof for that........

back to the main topic..... Abhijeet was 100% right........ for me these talent shows, singers , favs all comes after my country ........

The show is about singing and dancing so all contestants should be judged not based on race or ethnicity because in the end we are all human.

The point Sydney_Princess has made is extremely sensitive BUT hundred percent true, valid, logical. India has paid a heavy price for her belief in democratic and secular values.

The discussion has gone a bit tangent and few people have reacted to it as if it was targetted to a particular religion.

Let us face it that all the roots of terrorism are based in Pakistan. It is very well documented how ISI is instigating these outfits.

Asha Bhonsle ji has so sarcastically mentioned in her comments on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa as a judge - 'you have brought candidates from Middle East, Pakistan etc - only India can show such big heart' - how true!! We have honoured artists from Noorjehan to Mehdi Hassan but has anyone seen Indian artists being treated or respected or projected on Pakistan TV?

If I am not wrong - even Indian movies are banned in that country. Military rulers flourish by fuelling hate India campaign right from Ayoob Khan to Parwez Mushraff. It has proved counter productive as everyone knows where India is and where Pakistan is!

Lets not forget the scores of victims of terrorism - let us say a firm NO to a country which indirectly kills our innocent citizens.

Yes embrace peace, secularism, respect for our culture - reciprocate by showinng respect to our artists - ONLY then Pakistanis are welcome on Indian TV shows.

I fully support and admire Abhijit.
