So after reading all the recent WU, I am heartbroken with the way they are showing Kunj. I can't even accept it because the Kunj we know would never do such a thing so its hard to accept Kunj even more.
Anyway, I have decided to rewatch the old episodes and end the journey of TEI with Sid because there is no charm after 5 year leap. If they had shown Kunj in a decent light and Twinkle as a woman who did not bend to society rules just because she was pregnant and got married again, I would have continued but they ruin everything.
Watching the new episodes will at least keep Kunj in a good light. Remember the gurduwara scene where Twinkle and Kunj are both praying to be united by their love without knowing they are with each other?
The episodes where no matter what happened Kunj saved Twinkle from Yuvi and they got eventually married or no matter how hard Twinkle tried to engage with Yuvi, she ended up only getting engaged with Kunj. Or when he climbed the stairs for Twinkle on his knees.
Or the scene on the new years eve when Twinkle is in dancer's attire and Twinj walk past each other but realize each others presence, looking at each other although Kunj is not aware that the dancer is Twinkle?
And all the other scenes.
They are so precious, so unique and so brilliantly acted by the actors that we end up falling in love with the characters and the couple so how can we accept that Kunj is hurting Twinkle? Or that Twinkle and Kunj won't be together.
I can't do that so I'll rewatch the start episodes till Sid is there in the show because only he shows Kunj in a decent light then I will stop watching so I can remember Twinj as they were. It sucks because I love TEI and thinking of Sid gone still makes me choke and want to cry because their couple was one of a kind in TV series. Its sad how a reel show makes us feel like but I guess that is the best part about TEI/ Twinj & Sidmin so I think its best we remember Kunj the way he was and the way he went as Sid left.
