Chapter 11
Next morning
Kunj stirred up in his sleep and opened his arms to find his warmth,his twinkle.
He wanted to hug her and sleep.when he couldn't find her,he got up from his bed lazily and walked towards the bathroom.Seeing the bathroom door open,a sudden fear build up in this chest.
He rushed down to see if she was in the kitchen but he couldn't find her there.Kunj had started panicking by then.
Suddenly he saw Bebe and ran towards her
Bebe - "Good morning putar"
Kunj - "Good morning Bebe,bebe aapne kahi twinkle ko dekha hai? Woh humare kamre mein bhi Nahi hai,Kabse dhund raha Hun.kya woh aapke saath hai?"
Bebe's face turned pale.She knew how disturbed would Kunj get by getting to know the truth.
Bebe - "Putar woh kya hain na,twinkle,taneja house mein hai"
Kunj - "Kya? Itni subha subha?"
Bebe - "Putar woh Kal raat ko taneja mansion mein hi rukhi thi"
Now it was kunj's turn to turn pale.
Kunj - "Twinkle wahan pe kyun rahi? Bebe yeh bhi toh twinkle ka ghar hai na"
Bebe - "Jaanti Hun putar lekin yeh twinkle ka decision tha."
Kunj was confused.
Why was twinkle behaving so weird with him.it looked as if she was pushing herself away from him. Kunj needed to know what was going on in twinkle's head.
Bebe - "Putar twinkle bas abhi Aati hi hogi."
Kunj nodded and walked away to his room.
He tried to think really hard to understand why twinkle was behaving like this. Didn't she love him? Didn't she know that the first thing in the morning he would want to see was twinkle's face.
Suddenly there was a knock at the door which interrupted kunj's thoughts
Kunj - "Aandar aao"
As the door opened,kunj found twinkle standing there with a tray of food in her tiny hands and a smile plastered on her face. A smile that didn't reach her eyes.
Twinkle came and sat beside him
Twinkle - "Good morning,neend kaisi mili?"
Kunj chose to ignore her. He kept looking at her face. He realised that he had failed to notice the sadness on her face. He knew it wasn't the right time to ask twinkle what was wrong since she wouldn't tell him.
Twinkle - "Chalo ab,jaldi se breakfast Karlo."
Kunj - "Tumne breakfast kar liya?"
Without meeting his gaze,
Twinkle - "Haan! Kabka,mein tumhare liye juice lati Hun"
Before she could leave,kunj held her hand and pulled her towards him so that she sits on his lap.
Kunj - "twinkle,juice tray mein already rakha hai"
Twinkle - "Kunj yeh Tum kya kar rahe ho?"
Kunj - "Tumhe dikhai Nahi deta,aapni biwi ke saath romance kar raha Hun."
Twinkle - "Kunj,chodho mujhe koi aa jayega"
Kunj - "Toh aane do,pyar kiya toh darna kya meri siyaapa queen"
With that twinkle started giggling. She
looked like a small baby balled up on kunj's lap laughing,giggling and making cute faces at him.
Kunj could do anything in this world for her to let that smile stay.
Without wasting more time,kunj picked up a spoon of oats and fed her. She made a few faces,not wanting to eat but finally gave in.
She then made Kunj have a bite and like that they completed their breakfast enjoying every bit of it.
Kunj then picked up the glass of juice and said
Kunj - "Dekho wifey,isse kehte hai juice ka glass.."
Before he could continue twinkle started giggling again with her tiny hands covering her mouth making her look ever so adorable.
Kunj - "Arre baba mujhe complete toh karne de. Han toh main Kya kehra tha,Haan yeh Ek juice ka glass hai toh hum na isse share karenge,half glass mein aur half glass Tu,okay?"
Kunj made twinkle understand this like he was talking to a baby and twinkle nodded like one too.
With that twinkle finished the first half of the glass and Kunj completed the second half.
Twinkle then moved forward and placed a small kiss on kunj's cheek.
Kunj was surprised before he started blushing hard.
Kunj - "Thank you patiji,yeh mera ab tak ka sabse best breakfast tha."
Before Kunj could say anything further,they heard a knock at the door.
Twinkle quickly jumped of his lap and straightened herself before going to welcome the person at the door.
It was Pallavi.
Pallavi - "Hi Kunj,good morning"
Kunj - "Hey Pallavi,good morning Tum itni subha subha" and with that both of them hugged.
At that instance only twinkle's face dropped,she suddenly remembered how much pain she had caused to Kunj and how much he had to go through because of her.
A small tear escaped from the corner of her eye. She didn't deserve kunj's love,she had done him so wrong still he pampered her like he always did.Why couldn't she control herself in front him? Why did she forget all her worries and just be happy with him.
She was about to leave when she heard,
Pallavi - "Yaar Kunj Tu jabse ghar aaya hai mujhe toh tu bhul hi Gaya hai,miss Nahi karta mujhe?"
Kunj - "Arre Pallavi kaisi baat kar rahi hai,of course I miss you."
For Kunj,Pallavi was his savior and he had found a great friend in her too.
Twinkle in her mind - Miss you toh aise Bol rahi hai jaise Dono janam janam ke saathi hai. Badi aai,'Kunj did you miss me' whispered twinkle as she mimicked what Pallavi had said.
She then extended her hand and looked upwards,
"Hayee Babaji kyu aapne mere pati ko itna hot banaya,aur agar hot banaya toh banaya aapne inn titilio ko kyu banaya? Jab Dekho mere pati ke peeche ghum to rehti hai.ya toh aap mere pati ko kaam hot banao yeah mujhe kuch special powers do jisse mein inn ladikiyo ko mere Kunj se door Rakhu."
Even in her sad state she couldn't see kunj with someone. She knew she didn't have a right on him anymore and he deserved to find someone better than her but she just couldn't digest it.
Twinkle had decided to tell Kunj that she was going home but when she heard them talk,she decided that she'd leave them alone,at least Pallavi didn't give him pain.
Suddenly Kunj remembered even twinkle was standing there.As Soon as he turned,he couldn't find her.
He was confused. Wasn't she here about 5 mins ago?
He excused himself and went outside to the balcony where he saw twinkle going back to Taneja mansion.
Kunj - "Isse kiya hua? Abhi tak toh itni Khush thi. Yeh Ladki toh mujhe samjh hi Nahi Aati.lagta hai mujhe Bebe se baat Karni hogi."
