Kunj's POV:
'Twinkle? Twinkle aise kaise kar sakti hain? Woh papa ko apni sasur nahi balki apne hi papa jaise maanti hain. Phir woh yeh sab kyun kar rahi hain?', thought Kunj.
He and all the family members excluding Twinkle were sitting in the waiting room. He noticed that Leela and Raman were still in the waiting room, they didn't go after her. After asking Twinkle to leave, he could see the broken hope in Twinkle's eyes before she left. Kunj regretted what he said the moment he said it. He was left to choose between the woman who gave him life and the woman he cannot live without. Suddenly, it struck him.
" Ma, woh video dikhana", he asked Usha
Usha handed him the phone and he saw the video.
"Oh no. Yeh maine kya kar diya?", Kunj said out loud.
"Puttar, kya hua? Tumne kya kiya?, Bebe asked him.
"Bebe, Ma iss video me jo ladki hain, woh twinkle nahi hain. Twinkle ke paas aise koi ring nahi hain. Aur woh signature. Twinkle ki signature toh bilkul alag hain.", Kunj said.
"Arrey haan. Yeh meri beti ki signature nahi hain. Hayye, main yeh sab kuch hone kaise diya? I wasnt able to help my daughter when she needed me the most." Leela said, falling back into her seat.
"Dont worry Ma, main apni pati ko wapas lekar ayunga", Kunj said. He immediately got up and ran towards the exit.

"How can I do this to her? Maine hamesha trust ke baare me kaha aur aaj.. Hain usne mujse yeh baat chupayi lekin mujhe use ek mauka dene chaiye tha. She would have explained. My twinkle would never do something like this", Kunj said to himself in the car.
He drove faster than he ever did before and reached the sarna mansion in record time. He quickly got out of his car and ran towards their room.
"TWINKLE? Twinkle tu kahan hain?", Kunj yelled for his wife but there was silence,He checked the balcony, the washroom and all the other possible places in the house but all his efforts were in vain. He slowly went back to his room to change and head back to the hospital when he noticed something.
All her belongings were gone. Her side of the closet was empty, her stuff in the washroom. Everything was gone.
"No. Woh mujhe chodd ke nahi ja sakti hain.", Kunj said and ran to the taneja mansion. But she wasnt there too. He quickly got into his car and started driving around town to look for his wife.

It had been an hour since Kunj had been driving around town, but he still couldn't find twinkle. He was about to give up when he saw petite woman trip and fall on the road. Kunj quickly got out of his car and ran towards her. As he was running, he recognized the blue sari.
It was his Twinkle. But before he could take the love of his life into his arms, he saw a big truck coming towards her.
"TWINKLE", he said as he ran and pushed her out of the way. Kunj had fallen on the side of the road. He quickly got up and looked around. He couldn't see his wife. He took a few steps forward to see she was on the ground surrounded by her blood.
He pushed her so that she wouldn't meet with an accident. But this resulted in her in falling on the all the sharp rocks.
Kunj picked her up bridal style and took her too the hospital

His mind was spinning. He couldn't answer anyone. He just sat in the corner, waiting fir the doctor to come out of the operation room. He could'nt what had happened. Just a few hours before he was about to confess his love for Twinkle and now, both his wife and father are in the hospital.
"Mr. Sarna, we were able to save the patient. Now we have to see when she regains her consciousness.", the doctor said.
Kunj thanked the doctor and hugged bebe.
"Kunj puttar, tu ghar ja. Main aur anand yahan rahenge.", bebe said.
"Bebe, main kahin nahi jaunga. Mera ghar wahi hain jahan Twinkle. Agar Twinkle nahi, toh main nahi.", Kunj said.
"Kunj, tu apni halat dekh. Uss ladki ke liye tu apni health ko kyun ignore kar raha hain?", Usha said.
"Woh mere liye sirf ek ladki nahi hain. Meri patni hain. Aapki bahu. Sarna parivaar ki bahu hain Twinkle. Usne iss parivaar ke liye kya kuch nahi kiya hian? Ab bas bhi karo ma. Meri biwi ki zindagi barbaad karna bandh karo. Usse aur dard me nahi dekh sakta hoon main.", Kunj retaliated.
Everyone was shocked. Kunj simply turned around and walked towards Twinkle's room.
