It had been 2 months since Twinkle's accident and Manohar's coma situation.
It has been a month and two weeks since Manohar woke up from his coma and everybody found out the truth.
A month and two weeks, and Twinkle still hadn't woken up from her surgery.
Kunj was devasted. He had doubted the love of his life. He didn't stand up for her when she was being verbally abused by his mother. He even went to the extent of asking her to leave when she needed him the most. The past few months are have nothing but torture for Kunj.
Leela, like Kunj, was crushed. She had let everyone walk over Twinkle and she didnt say anything. She had stayed quiet because for a brief moment, she actually believed everyone and the video. She didn't support her own blood.
Things in the Sarna mansion had changed. It was as if all the light, love and laughter had disappeared into thin air. No one spoke during meals. Everyone kept to themselves. And everyone missed Twinkle's presence.

Kunj's POV
The entire family was back in the hospital. The doctor had called Kunj for a meeting regarding Twinkle's health, but papa insisted upon coming. One thing led to another and now the entire family is waiting outside Twinkle's room.
As i looked into the wide window of Twinkle's room, a little piece of me broke. How can someone so full of life,someone so happy, look so lifeless.
"Mr. Kunj Sarna? The doctor will meet you now", the nurse came out of Twinkle's room and called me.
"Jiju, kya main bhi aapke saath aa sakti hoon? Woh actually maa aana chahti thi, lekin unki haalat dekhar mujhe nahin lagta hain ki woh Twinkle di ko dekh sakthi hain:, Mahi said.
Leela ma hasn't been the same since the accident. Everyone has noticed it. She sits outside Twinkle's room but not once has she entered the room. She feels too guilty. I understood what she felt.
"Nahin Mahi. Its okay, Main akele hi jaatha hoon", I said.
As I was getting out of my seat, the nurse who called me, quickly turned her head and ran inside Twinkle's room. They closed her door before I could go inside the room. I ran towards the window. But I couldn't see anything but people in white coats.
Oh god, please let Twinkle be alright.

Twinkle's POV
I woke up with a stinging pain in my chest. I tired to open my eyes but it felt as if there was a weight on my eyes. I just couldn't open them.
"We have a heartbeat", I heard someone say.
Heart beat? What? What is going on? Why can't I open my eyes? I tried bringing my arms up to my head to somehow ease the pain but moving my arms was a difficult task. I somehow managed to move my fingers.
"Doctor, we have some movements in the fingers.", A female said.
"Twinkle, can you hear me? If you can, try moving your fingers again.", a male said.
I did as he said. Slowly, i opened my eyes and it took a while to adjust to the bright lighting in the room.
"I'm Doctor Khanna, you were in an accident two months ago. We had to operate and it took you a while to wake up from the surgery. Waise I have to say you have a really supporting family. Har roz, sab log aathe the. Aur aapke sasur, woh pura din iss kamre mein rehta tha", the doctor said.
What? Accident? Surgery? Papaji?
Suddenly, it all came back to me.
Papaji's heart attack.
The taunts from mummyji.
Kunj, bebe and even ma not standing up for me.
I was leaving when a bright light came and someone pushed me to the side.
"I'll inform your family that you are awake. They'll be so happy", the doctor said.
"Khanna ji. Wait. Main kisi se milna nahi chahti hoon. Mujhe sirf papaji se milna chahti hoon, mere sasurji.", I said.
"Theek hain, par kyun?", Khanna ji asked.
"Unke alawa, mera koi parivaar nahi hain.", I said.
The doctor nodded and along with him all the nurses left. I looked up and saw a big window opposite to my bed. On the other side of the window were people from my past. All of them looked at me and there was a relieved expression on their face. Like a huge weight had been lifted off their shoulders.
Just looking at them, made me want to cry. So, I looked away.
A couple of minutes later, papaji entered.
"Twinkle puttar, meri bacchi.", papaji said as he hugged me.
"Papaji, kya aap pehle woh curtain band kar sakte hain?", i said pointing at the window.
"Of course beta", He said and shut the curtains.
Papaji, then, sat next to me and explained everything that happened in these past few months. How after he woke up, he told everyone the truth and how everyone saw yuvi's real face. Yuvi's jail sentence, Mahi and Yuvi's divorce. He told me how guilty everyone in the family was guilty about mistreating me. Kunj saving me from the truck.
Everything. He told me everything.
"Un saab ko maaf karde Twinkle. Tere bina ab hamara ghar, ghar nahi raha", Papaji pleaded.
"Papaji, main bahut thak gayi hoon. Kya main kuch samay ke liye so sakti hoon?
"Haan bilkul puttar. Tu aaram kar aur main baad me aata hoon"
"Nahi, aap saab ghar jaana. Ab main uth gayi hoon. Main call kar doongi. Tab aap saab aana, please. Mujhe thoda sa waqt chaiye."
"Jitna waqt chaiye, utna le lo", papaji said.
Saying that, he left and I was left alone to my thoughts.

Kunj's POV
She wouldn't even look at me. She looked up for a second and looked away.
When the doctor said she was awake, I felt so happy. I was ready to run inside her room and embrace her in my arms, but i was stopped by Khanna ji. She only wanted to meet papa.
I walked back to the window. Papa went in and she pointed towards me. Papa got up and gave me an apologetic look before closing the curtain. To say I was hurt was an understatement.
