The episode completely belonged to Twinkle and what an episode it was!
Twinkle has always been a strong woman but she has constantly been a victim of her circumstances. She has been pulled this way and that because of the situation but today she decided to take control and manifest a situation to her advantage. She is done by being a cool breeze and is now a complete hurricane. She is the woman who will open doors that were shut in her face, and take back whats rightfully hers.
She stood up to not only her nemesis but her husband who has been blaming her inncessantly for his father's troubles.
The Twinkle Yuvi faced today was far more threatening to him than the woman he has faced before. He is used to her losing her cool, yelling and screaming, stating she will foil his plans. BUt today she stood with a calmness that comes from knowing ones true self and embracing it. She knows that times are tough, she knows she is facing an uphill battle but she also knows that her strength and determination will carry her through. When she calmly told Yuvi that he would fail only because she wouldn't lose, that speaks volumes about her self confidence and self worth. She has been made to feel utterly used and worthless by Yuvi's actions but today she has left that past behind and is only looking to the future. Even when he taunts her yet again with this signature mannerisms she replicates it only to prove that not only isn't she afraid of him anymore she doesn't even consider him a worthy adversary. His taunts are just that, taunts. Meaningless words and gestures that are meant for mocking but not to be scared by.
But my favorite scene was her confrontation with Kunj. Rather than apologize yet again, she stood her ground. She is done saying sorry and reminds Kunj that she has had enough of his repetitive baseless accusations. And why should she stop her life based on the mospercetions of others? The old Twinkle would have tried to cajole Kunj but this Twinkle, while would prefer his partnership, is willing to go it alone without begging for it. She is starting afresh and making herself clear about it, whether it be handling a business by herself or staying in the guest room till Kunj himself makes amends. Time and again, Kunj has been angered by Twinkle mostly for no fault of her own but this time she has made it clear that while his anger hurts her feelings she is going to keep moving forward. And that I think surprised Kunj more than anything else.She didn't offend his sensibilities and still managed to keep her dignity unscathed. He has always seen Twinkle as a childish immature girl but today she stood before him as a levelheaded and sensible woman.
There is a long road ahead no about but Twinkle is completely prepared and I cannot wait to see how she triumphs.
