I can never tell you how much I have loved you all the time I have been with you,it took me time to realise that what I feel for you is love pure love something so pure and devine that I have never experienced,the momths spent with you have been the bestest in my life,I cannot even tell you how much I love you,I guess it took a lot of time for me to realise that I love you and now its to late,I know you love me too,your eyes convey that message to me,when ever I look into your eyes they told that how much You love me,I always wanted to hear it from you but I guess its late now,Its all over now kunj.

The letter in his hands still made him cry the memories of that dreadfull day again came back,even after 3 years why can't he forget why ge cannot hate her,he has all the rights to hate her then why he cannot,she left him alone,her kunj alone in this world,she ever thought how I'd be able to survive without her,though kunj.
It has been 3 years that twinkle has left everyone,his mind drifted back to the incident happaned 3 years back.
-Flashback-
Twinkle was missing from morning and everyone was worried for her,speacially kunj,they searched her everywhere,dailed her phone but everything went in vein,kunj was roaming in the living room of sarna mansion when he got a call from one of his friends,
Rahul:Hello kunj,how are you?
Kunj:I am fine rahul,how are you?
Rahul:Kunj are you in MoonLight hotel?
Kunj:No I am at home,why?
Rahul:Woh kunj I just saw Twinkle bhabhi here,so I though tum bhi yaha honge.
Kunj:What twinkle is there,when you saw her?
Rahul:Around 5 minutes ago.
Kunj:Thank you rahul,thank you much.
Saying this he disconnected the call and ran towards his car infroming everyone behind that where he is going.
Everyone else followed him.
It took them around half n hour to reach the hotel,kunj was just going to enter the hotel when he heard bebe shouting his name,kunj came out and saw twinkle standing at the top of the hotel on the edge of the stone railing.
Everyone was shocked to see her standing there,kunj shouted her name and asked her to back out he is co ming upstairs and they will talk afterwards.
But it was like twinkle was not listning to his words,she closed her eyes,the dream that she once had,in which she saw her prince charming but was not able to see his face now got completed she saw the face of her prince charming of her kunj,the mere thought of him brought smile on her face even in this serious situation.
Twinkle saw her entire family standing down,shouting her name,but she has to this,it is the only way to put an end on all of this.
And gathering all her courage,she stepped forwards,something hard still below her feets,she took another step and then it was nothing,it was air,she felt herself dropping down with a speed she has never experienced,only one name coming out of her mouth "Kunj".
She met the ground witha thud,blood oozing out from her head uncontrollably,kunj quicky went to her and took her head in his lap,thats when he saw a paper clutched in her hand and he took it and read the letter,he came to know that yuvi is the reason for her this step but he lost any strength to get up and fight with him,his body drained out of any power seeing his twinkle in his hands dying,twinkle was still concious when he took her in his lap,she smiled at him and he told her througg his eyes that he wont let anything happen to her,but what she did was calling out his name and say "Kunj I love you" and she fell into a long lasting sleep,a sleep from which she could never be woken up but kunj will do anything to get her back he will even fight from god if he had to.
Yuvraj never thought twinkle will do this,he just blackmailed her saying that he will kill kunj if she will not come to me,time she denied coming back to him but he knew that she will never let anything happen to kunj.
Yuvraaj left the side of a shocked mahi,although mahi disliked her sister but she never wanted something this bad happen to her,she was more shocked to see yuvraj walking mechanical towards kunj and twinkle.
He dropped to his knees infront of kunj and touched twinkle's face,kunj saw this and pushed him away with full force yuvi fell on the ground and kunj said,
Kunj:Dur reh meri twinkle se yeh sab teri wajah se hua hai yuvi.
Yuvi:Meri wajah iss sab ki wajah tu hai,maine toh sirf twinkle se itna kaha tha ki woh mere pass aajaye and tujhe chod de fir hum dono yahan se bahut dur chale jayenge,mujhe nahi pata tha ki twinkle yeh step le legi.
The revealation was an eye opener for mahi,she dropped to ground where she was standing,the guilt taking over her,due her stupidity her sister is dying infront her,she was responsible for this,she trusted yuvi over her own sister.
Leela was broken so was everyone else,bebe was crying.
Kunj was emotionless,sitting there hugging her upper body to his and murmering something or other in her ears,yuvi confessed all hus crimes and police arrested him.
Kunj refused to leave twinkle from his arms,he kept sitting there hugging her for hours,before the team of doctors sedated him to take twinkle to hospital.
Doctor:Mrs.Taneja we are really sorry We were unable to save your daughter.
That moment the world stopped for the sarna's and taneja's.
Both the families lost thier light,thier happiness and the families continued to live under grief for the coming 3 years.
-Flashback-
Bebe:Kunj puttar,jaldi aa dekh usse kuch hoo raha hai.
Kunj wiped his tears and went to his and twinkle's bedroom.
Twinkle was lying there on the bed,medical instruments attached to her,drips attached to her hand,her breathing was abnormal,in past three years for once she has shown some movement.
Twinkle didnt died but she slipped into coma due to serious head injuries.
She has been in coma for three years,doctors shifted her to home and from them kunj took her care for all the three years.
For three years he was constantly talking to her,told her everything that happened with him during the day,he never left hope for her to wake up.
He always was there for her,shared everything with her,never ever there was a day he was not at home for her,he went to gis college and came back home after attending his lectures,he joined his family buisness because surjeet decided to end his issues with manohar and both the brothers reconciled and worked toghether.
Kunj was working from home.
The three years had been so painfull for him,twinkle was infront of him always but still very far.
He was able to talk to her but he didnt knew if she heard him or not.
Doctors said that maybe sometime patients in coma can somewhat hear what is bieng told to them,but they cannot react.
Twinkle was in a subconcious long sleep,and today kunj saw a ray of hope she might wake up.
Kunj took her hand in his and asked bebe to call the doctor immediately,the doctors reached there in less than 15 minutes and checked twinkle.
Doctor:Mr.Sarna we have a good news for you,mrs.sarna is respondimg although she is not concious yet but she will be in conciousness soon,its all possible due to the love and care you have given her,I have heard many stories of true love but today I can say that in these three years I have seen true love and devotion that you had for your love and its the power of your love which is bringing her back to this world.
Kunj:Than you very much doctor,I cannot tell you how happy I am.
Doctor:I can understand mr.sarna,I have given her some injections which will help her to get back to conciousness,the latest MRI scans have showed that her brain is working properly,when she will wake up she may take time to adjust and will require outmost care,but in a matter of few days she will be normal.
The nurse here will be monetering her I am assuming that she will be concious in next 24 hours but whenever she will wake up,call me no matter what the time is.
Kunj nodded a yes to the doctor and bid him bye.
Kunj asked the nurse to make herself comfortable in the guest room,he will stay with twinkle and when there will be need he will call her.
It has been seven hours since doctor has left and kunj was sitting at twinkle's side,he was holding her hand when she moved her fingers and kunj noticed it,he called her name "Twinkle".
She moved her head a little,bieng in the same position for three years has made her body stiff,she find it difficult to open her eyes,but kunj's voice motivated her to open her eyes,with all her might she finally opened her eyes,her pupils dilated to adjust to the new found brightness,the person she saw was kunj,a smile cane on her face and at same time,tears fell down from her eyes,the happiness was to see him after such a long time,and the tears trickled down whe she saw him crying,kunj kissed her hands,words were not able to come out of his mouth,he was overwhelmed,still he took his phone and dailed the nurse she came in and informed the doctor.
The nurse informed everyone in the house about twinkle gaining conciouness,twinkle has not spoken a word since she woke up she was just looking at kunj,and he was looking at her,as if there eyes were talking to each other,the depth in his eyes conveying to her tha how much he missed her in these dreadfull 3 years.
The nurse removed the oxygen mask from twinkle because she was able to breath on her own.
The doctor came and checked her,he did some basic prcedures to know how her muscles are reacting,how her reflexes are and everything was perfect.
Doctor:Mr.sarna she is in good health,she will soon be able to walk on her own and do basic chores still we cannot put much stress on her,she has been immobile for three years,her body will take time to get back to normal functioning,We'll be keeping her on liquid diet for a week or 2 and then we will start with some solid things like rice etc.
A nurse will be here for the next 2 weeks and I will be coming daily to keep a check on her,in a few days we will be needing her in the hospital to get some scans and other tests done,but for now she is all yours,take good care of her which I know you will.
The doctor advised everyone to me et her in the morning and for now kunj will take care of her.
Kunj locked the door from inside and say beside twinkle.
Kunj again held her hand but was not talking to her.
Twinkle:Kunj mujhse naraz ho? She said with a little difficulty.
Kunj looked at her and said,
Kunj:Tumse nahi twinkle apne app se naraz ho,tumse vada kiya tha ki tumhe har buri nazar se bachaonga but I failed you aur meri wajah se tumhe yeh sab sehna pada.
Twinkle touched his cheek and said tumhari wajah se kuch bhi nahi hua hai sab meri galti thi,ki maine yeh sab uss yuvi ki wajah se kiya.
Kunj putting his hand on her forehead:Now he is gone twinkle,and from now on there will always be happiness for us,I will never let you go away from me ever again,You know twinkle these 3 years have been so difficult for me you were always infront of me but so far away.
Twinkle:3 years?
Kunj:Yes twinkle you have been in coma from past 3 years,but now everything is fine,we are back to normal.
Twinkle:I thought I just woke up after a sleep of few hours,she said shock evident on her face.
Kunj:I can understand but now we are toghether and ab mai aisa kuch nahi hone dunga.
Twinkle:Kunj I want to get up and sit,It feels like My body has became like stone.
Kunj:Just wait let me ask the nurse.
Kunj called out for the nurse and she came in,
Kunj:She wants to sit,is it allowed?
Nurse:Yes she can ,movement is important for her body,as she was sleeping for 3 hours,her body needs movement,from tommorow we will start,physiotherapy and exercise sessions.
The nurse left and kunj helped twinkle to get up and sit,he gave her a glass of water and twinkle gulped it down,her body longed for her water.
Kunj:Twinkle bahut raat ho gayi hai you should sleep.
Twinkle nodded and kunj helped her to lay down,he was going out of the room when twinkle stopped him.
Twinkle:Kaha jaa rahe ho kunj?
Kunj:Sath wale room mai,sone ke liye,pichle teen saal se I am sleeping there only
Twinkle:Teen saal ki baat gayi kunj,now come here and sleep with me,I soo want you.
A smaile came to his face and he went to her,layed down the the other side of bed and held her hand,finally his twinkle was back,taking her hand in his he slept in no time,it was one of the most peacefull sleeps he had in these 3 years and she slept too feeling him beside her.
-Morning-
Kunj woke up before twinkle and got ready,when she woke up he called the nurse to help twinkle get freshen up and give her a sponge bath.
After half an hour twinkle was ready in a red saree which bebe brought for her,today they had a little pooja for twinkle and she was required to attend it,after making twinkle teady the nurse called kunj in and he was so happy to see her dressed up in colourfull clothes,her face had the glow back,she was looking fresh as ever.
Kunj made her wear a necklace and earings,the nurse brought breakfast for her which had boiled pulses and few fruits along with juice.
Twinkle didnt liked the taste but kunj made ger eat entire thing and then they waited for bebe to call them downstairs.
Bebe came and asked them to come downstairs.
The nurse aradhya said,
Aradhya:Mr.kunj I think you'll have to take her down because she cant go down on herself,she hasnt walked in oast 3 years her body will take time to adjust to this new movement,we will ask her to get up on her own,if she is unable to then you have to take her downtairs,she can stand but not for long.
Kunj asked twinkle if she will try to get up on her own or he should help her,twinkle said she'll try herself first.
Twinkle with little difficulty,placed her feet down on the ground,she felt so good to place her feet on the ground,she tried to get up but was unable to in the second attempt,she stood up,she stumbled but kunj held onto her, she decided to walk herself out of the room,kunj held her hand and they walked out of the room,twinkle was taking baby steps but finally they reached the staircase,
Aradhya:Mr.Kunj I cannot allow her to climb down the steps,because it requires alot of strength and she is still weak so you have to carry her down.
Kunj took her in his arms and twinkle held onto his neck for support and rested her head on his chest,when they reached downstairs,everyone was present there,usha,bebe,manohar,cherry,
surjeet,leela,RT,chinky,bubbly,pinni,
Raman.
Kunj made her stand infront of the mandir and bebe started with the pooja,bebe handed them the arti thaal and they did the aarti,after the arrti bebe asked kunj to fill twinkle's mang with sindoor and make her wear the mangalsutra again,after completing everything,kunj made her sit on the couch and everyone started to meet her,discuss with her how they have missed her.
Twinkle:Maa mahi kahan hai?
Leela:Beta woh ghar par hi hai.
Twinkle:Woh yahan ayi kyu nahi,kya abhi bhi mujhse naraz hai.
Leela:Nahi puttar aisi baat nahi hai,usne kaha uski himmat nahi hai tere samne anna ki,tere sath jo kuch bhi hua uska zimedaar woh apne app ko manti,tere theek hone ki khabar sunkar woh bahut khush hui lekin tere samne anne ki himmat nahi juta payi woh,usse thoda waqt de woh tere se milney zaror ayegi.
Kunj and twinkle were in thier bedroom,kunj brought an album and showed her photos of the special events in past three years,how he celebrated her birthday,his birthday,thier anninversary all in thier room on every special day the room was decorated,he always took her and cut the cake,twinkle was crying seeing the album,kunj hugged her and said.
Kunj:I know twinkle in past three years we have missed many special moments but we will relive those moments again,get better and then we'll do all the things which we have missed in the past few years.
Kunj and twinkle were watching a movie when they heard a knock on thier door.
Kunj:Come in.
The door slowly opened and mahi entered the room.
Kunj:OHh mahi come come,waise bhi twinkle wanted to meet you.
Went went to the bed and sat beside twinkle,for few minutes she kept quite and then hugged twinkle and started crying,twinkle hugged her back.
Standing was standing and watching the two sisters meeting after such a long time.
After few minutes mahi broke the hug and said,
Mahi:Di i am so sorry,please agar ho sake toh mujhe maaf kardena,I always trusted yuvi over you,I said so many things to you and jiju,insulted you,blamed you and went into coma because of me only,I am responsible for this,If I wouldnt have came back with yuvi all this wouldnt have happened,jiju and you would have been happy.
Please forgive me di if you can said mahi folding her hands.
Twinkle held her hands and said,
Twinkle:I know mahi you did many mistakes and you were wrong too but that was not because of you,yuvi brainwashed you and made you do all this and dont blame your self for whatever happened 3 years ago,only one person was responsible for it and he was yuvi,I forgive yo mahi,lets just forget everything that happened in past,I have gotten a second chance and I want to live my life to its fullest.
Both the sisters reconciled and started fresh.
-After 4 Months-
Twinkle stop you wont show it to anyone ,if you will then mujhse bura koi nahi hoga said kunj who was running behind twinkle,twinkle had a photo of baby kunj naked and wanted to show it to everyone,and kunj didnt wanted anyone to see the photo.
Twinkle reached the dinning area and everyone was seated there,the taneja's were also there for lunch,everyone was surprised to see twinkle and kunj behaving like kids.
Twinkle:Bebe dekho na kunj mujhe pareshan kar raha hai,I just want everyone to see how cute he was in childhood ab dekho kitna sadu ho gaya hai and saying this twinkle showed the photo to everyone and everyone laughed seeing the photo,kunj sat on the dining table and twinkle took her seat beside him,and teased him.
Bebe thought Twinkle ke theek hone se iss ghar ki raunak wapas aa gayi hai,bhagwan sabki khushiyan aise hi banaye rakhe.
-5 Years later-
Kunj and twinkle were standing at the door with thier new born baby in twinkle's hands.
Bebe did thier aarti and welcomed them in the house,as soon as they entered they heard a cute little vouce coming from upstairs shouting,meri behen aa gayi meri behen aa gayi,the owner of the voice was running downstairs to meet his new little sister and his massi running behind him to look after him so he cannot get hurt,the 4 year old reached his mother and father and was trying to look at his sister but his height was toi short,kunj picked up his son Reyaan in his arms and showed him his sister,
Kunj:Baby are you happy now,how is she?
Reyaan:She is soo cute papa,I love her already.
Kunj:You dont kniw twinkle isne mahi se kitne phone karaye hai,meri behen kab ayegi,meri behen kab ayegi.
Twinkle:Ohh my ladlaa baby,dekh liya ab apni sister ko but aisa lagta hai ki baby ko apni mumma ki yaad hi nahi ayi.
Reyaan:No mumma I missed you too ask massi,I swear on god.
Twinkle:Acha baba acha,Chalo lets go inside.
-At night-
Reyaan was sleeping peacefully behind his little sister,it was planned that reyaan will sleep with mahi and cherry in thier room for sometime as Miya thier daughter has just been born and she cannt be left alone.
Yes you read it right,mahi and cherry fell in love soon after mahi divorced yuvi and they got married just 3 years back.
But at last moment reyaan became admanant that today he will sleep with his sister and mumma so kunj decided that he will sleep on the couch and twinkle will be on the bed with the kids.
Twinkle was sitting with kunj in the balcony after securing kids between the pillow,both of them were lying on the recliner twinkle resting her head on his chest and kunj's one arm was wrapped around her.
Twinkle:I never thought kunj that we would be soo happy and would have such a lovely family when I took that step.
Kunj:Twinkle I dont not to discuss about what happened,Now we are happy and it is all that matters.
He placed a kiss on her forehead and they spent the night beneath the stars,promising each other to be there forever with each other.
And they lived happily ever after.
