Yuvraj was determined to show Mahi that he truly loved her and that Twinkle had no meaning for him. He thought if he showed Mahi that he could hurt Twinkle a bit she would completely believe that he was right. He sent Twinkle a message that he was going to let Mahi get into an accident.

Mahi and Yuvraj arrived for their date and Twinkle arrived shortly afterwords.

"Look Twinkle has followed us here. Your sister still hasn't forgotten me, I am sorry to say this Mahi. Bura mat mana," Yuvraj said as he gave Twinkle a slight smile.

Twinkle realized he was just trying to ruin her relationship even further. She decided to leave before Mahi blamed her for ruining her relationship with Yuvraj again.

" Sorry Mahi I thought you were in some trouble so I just came to make sure ki tum theek ho," Twinkle muttered.

"Di how low will you stoop? I feel so bad for jiju. You never give him the amount of time you give to causing issues with me and Yuvraj. Isn't enough that he whipped himself with a belt yesterday?," Mahi exclaimed.

" Main jari hoon Mahi. Dobra teri itni fikar nahi karoongi. Shayad mera tareka galat tha teri itni care karni ki," Twinkle stated before leaving.

Twinkle was lost in her own thoughts as she left the restaurant. Her own sister didn't want to accept the truth. She had tried so much to show her what the truth was.

Twinkle shook her head. I will have to watch their roka tomorrow but I will have to work in the background to ensure her safety. Yuvraj wanted her and Kunj's relationship to suffer. She wouldn't let this happen.

Suddenly a truck swerved towards where she was standing, she narrowly jumped out of the way. She hit her head as she fell on the concrete.

Hearing about the commotion some people from the nearby restaurant rushed over to see what had happened.

Meanwhile Kunj was returning home after his last class for the day. He noticed a crowd gathered on his usual route home. Road accidents were frequent in the area but today for some reason a pain clenched his insides. Usually he always took the time to help whether he knew the victims or not, but today he felt like someone close to him was involved.

As the ambulance entered, Kunj helped clear the path for them to enter. Then he ran in behind the van. His breath caught in his throat recognizing the figure they were leaning over.

It was Twinkle.

He vaguely remembered trying to wake her up and the emergency workers were trying to distance him from her.

"Woh meri biwi hai. Mujhe uske saath rehna hai!," he declared.

Finally after they stabilized her injuries and breathing, he was allowed to sit in the ambulance with her.

" Twinkle I can't bear to live without you. Please don't leave me," Kunj declared.

He held onto her hand as they ushered her into the emergency ward.

When her cold fingers slipped from his grasp, he felt his world crashing around him.

"Please Babaji meri Twinkle ko bachlo!," Kunj cried as the doors closed a few feet ahead.

The nurses and doctors worked to assess and treat Twinkle's injuries. They could tell someone was praying for her as her vitals stabilized quicker than they expected. The next two hours they worked hard to stabilize her situation.

RT, Leela, Mahi, Bebe, Mamaji arrived soon after. Kunj hugged Bebe. She tried her best to console him.

He turned to his broken mother-in-law.

" Maa Twinkle ko main..."

" Teri galti nahin hai puttar," she assured him through her tears.

RT put an assuring hand on Kunj and then held his wife. Kunj looked at Mahi.

"Dekh apni behn ki halat. Ab bhi tujhe us pe yakeen nahin hai. She might lose her life today. All she wanted to do was protect you. Lekin tu nahin mani. Ab theek meri Twinkle ki halat," Kunj exclaimed.

Mahi cried realizing her guilt.

"Bebe main Twinkle yahaan se door leker jana chahta hoon. Jab tak us pe bhura saaya honge woh theek kaise rahe sakti hai," Kunj declared.

Bebe patted his back and gave Mahi a sympathetic look.

"Haan puttar tum aur Twinkle kuch dino ke liye kahin aur chale jana," Leela stated.

"London ke bahar humara ek vacation house hai, tum dono vahi jana," RT stated.

"Yeh theek rahe ga. Tumare exams bhi aare hai. Dus din ke liye tum dono wahi rehna," Bebe stated.

Kunj nodded.

Another hour later, and finally they had news about Twinkle's condition.

"She is very lucky Mr. Kunj. The injuries seemed more severe before but now we see only one major injury on her head. We have to monitor for a concussion for twenty-four hours otherwise she should be fine soon," the doctor explained.

Everyone was relieved that Twinkle was fine.

Kunj went in to see Twinkle first.

He gazed at her lovingly and with relief.

Kunj realized his feelings for Twinkle more than ever in this moment. Everything tey encountered since their first meeting flashed before his eyes.

He would take her away for a longer period if necessary. It didn't matter how long or what he had to do. He would keep her safe and happy as long as they both lived.

Three days later, Twinkle numbly agreed to travel overseas with Kunj. He had a project to prepare before they left. They huddled in the drawing room as Twinkle insisted she could help him by creating a video for his topic.

" I don't think that will fit Twinkle. It is such a filmy idea," he commented.

" Nahi yeh sahi hai Kunj. Tum meri baat kabhie nahin mante," she pouted.

They went back and forth until Bebe arrived with coffee and snacks.

" Bacho mat lado. Twinkle tumari tabyit bhi abhi puri tara theek nahin hai. Aram se betho," Bebe admonished.

Kunj made funny faces at Twinkle.

Twinkle frowned. She put her cup down.

"Behave Kunj!," she snapped.

Bebe shook her head and turned to leave.

As she turned the corner she noticed Twinkle holding her head.

She was going to come back and check on her, but Kunj beat her to it.

Twinkle was standing up but felt her world spinning. Kunj leaned over and caught her.

Bebe went to the kitchen to bring water. As Kunj held her in his embrace, Bebe arrived with the water. She sprinkled it on Twinkle who soon regained consciousness.

"Beta tu theek hai na? Kunj main doctor ko phone karti hoon," Bebe stated and she went to the phone.

Kunj helped her sit up.

"Kunj humhe woh tumara project.."

"Pehle tum puri tarse hosh mein aaja," he urged.

He picked up the coffee and handed it to her, helping her take a sip.

Bebe arrived back in the room and noticed Kunj had Twinkle sip from his cup. She smiled.

The couple sat together until the doctor came to examine Twinkle.

"Doctor is there anything very serious?," Kunj asked.

" She is still very weak. She needs to eat better and rest. Mrs. Sarna lagta hai aap aapne pati ki baatien nahin manri. If this keeps going on you may need to return t the hospital," the doctor warned.

"Nahin mujhe nahin jaana hospital Kunj. I will follow everything you told us doctor , but please no needles or hospitals," Twinkle whimpered,

Kunj consoled her.

"Dehk tuhme yahaan jana hai hum wahi jayenge. But you have to take rest and follow the doctor's orders."

"Let's go to Switzerland. That is a place no one knows us.," Twinkle declared.

"Theek hai hum wahi jayenge," Kunj stated.

Later that day Kunj wrapped up his work and then arranged for tickets for Swiitzerland.

He returned to the room later that night and peered outside the hallway. Only Bebe knew they had changed travel plans. Everyone else including Yuvraj would think they went to London.

He woke up Twinkle.

She awakened startled.

"Kya hua Kunj?," she asked as he indicated for her to speak in a whisper.

" We have to catch a six am flight. We need to pack and grab our passports now," he whispered.

Twinkle thought it was strange they were sneaking out in the wee hours of the morning.

They carried their bags down the stairs carefully so as to not awaken anyone.

Kunj had arranged for a taxi a few houses down from theirs.

Later as they approached the airport, Twinkle was more awake.

" I can't believe this! I feel like out of this world!"

Kunj smiled.

"Tere liye kuch bhi karne ke liye tyaar hoon Twinkle," he replied as the taxi stopped at the airport.

Kunj grabbed the heavier bags from her grasp.

She gazed at him warmly.

"Tum bauth acche ho Kunj," she whispered.

He gazed back at her warmly.

"Chalein?"

She nodded and followed him to the check in counter.

A few hours later, everyone else was puzzled as to where Kunj and Twinkle were.

Bebe pretended not to know anything and let everyone be curious until Leela got upset.

She took her aside.

"Leelaji think about it. You are Twinkle's mother do you feel she is in trouble?," she asked.

Leela paused and then shook her head.

" Mujhe pata woh jana bhi hogi Kunj uske saath hoga. Lekin aise kaise chale ge dono bin bataye?"

" Twinkle will call you soon I am sure," Bebe consoled her.

Yuvraj was angry. He didn't want Twinkle to have that accident. He had wanted Mahi to have the accident or even Kunj. However fate had other plans. Now he was stuck with Mahi here and Kunj could win Twinkle over for good now.
