I don't think it was the Luthras who kidnapped Ishaan. They want to destroy Twinkle, they no reason to involve a little kid. And not to mention, strap him with a bomb? Yeah the Luthras are disgusting people but even they wouldn't stoop that low. I think this time around the villains are targeting Manohar.
