If I'm not wrong the promo ends with logos of TMKOC and Khidki.I felt it's to promote Khidki's launch story which seems to be about female lead's marriage.

Nope, its Sab TV way. Khidki is promoted in between the promos of other shows. Its about Popat only. Also, Khidki is based on real life stories of the ordinary people. Then Mehta said something is going to happen to Popat.
