When does the show looks unrealistic?

Let's make a list of things that make the show unrealistic.

1.When the 'middle class' GD wasis who buy vegetables from a sabziwali and not from any super market and sarees whenever there's any discount spend lots and lots of money in parties and functions.

2.When the imperfect GD wasis pretend to be the best,mahaan and perfect and always preach to others about righteousness but they themselves don't follow their preachings most of the times

3.When big superstars like Amitabh Bachhan,Shahrukh Khan Salman Khan, etc.,come to the society and request the GD wasis to watch their films...This definitely looks unrealistic.

Mention ur points too.

4) When they pay for vacations and marriages of people around them, even employees.

5) When they jump to do Garba because they are happy.

6) When the producer aimlessly loiters in the set.

7) When Anjali serves Jungli khana to Mehta.

8) When Sundar cons Jetha and gets away with it

9) When GD wasis change their looks to outsmart con man or woman and even succeed miraculously. Jetha as the Sheikh or Daya as the rich woman ( jewellery track) are the best examples.

10) When a problem has to be resolved by the whole society.

11) When Tappu sena is shown using sketch pens and chart papers during decoration and they end up with professional level decorations in the end.

Both of u have mentioned almost all the points. I will add few more.

12.When unethical things like flirting, cheating, treating 'servants' badly,believing in superstitions etc.,are shown in the name of comedy

13.When people interfere in each others personal lives in the name of unity and helpfulness

14.When the adolescent tapu sena still behave like small kids

15.When the educated people don't use their brain and take the help of an uneducated superstitious woman whose ideas are nothing but silly and sometimes superstitious too.

16.When women are always right and men are always wrong

17.When Drinking once a year becomes a sin

18) When bunking classes is the biggest crime of the world but flirting with a married woman is just innocent crush !

19) When only one woman is Adarsh bharatiya nari and Anna purna while all the women does the same thing only.

20) When a father mistreats his son, interferes in his marital life but does not allow the same to happen to his grandson.

And till now only unchanged and bearable ,realistic character or family in the show is Bhide family.i can still connect with them

21)A residential society in Mumbai consisting of about 50 flats doesn't have a watchman/proper security arrangement.

22)Mehtas and Iyyers not longing to have kids or bothering to discuss about starting family instead of diet,flirting.

23)The GD wasis (except Gadas) neither celebrate festivals/take their kids on vacation to their hometown/parents/in laws nor their parents/in laws visit them.(once or twice hathi's brothers visited I think).I find it very odd that they never show the other kids wanting to spend time with their grand parents/mama etc even while seeing tapu-champak/tapu-sunder relationship.

GD wasis are shown to be excited about meeting Daya's mom and Sundar,buy gifts for Daya's mom but doesnt bother about their own parents/families.They prefer celebrating each and every festival/occassion with GD wasis only even though their parents invite them.

24)Madhavi managing all the achar,papad,snacks preparation without any help.She doesn't have any partner/assistant/family member to help her or even a maid(they never showed/mentioned about maid after Rukmini's track).Even if we assume she has maid for household work,its very unrealistic that she manages to prepare masalas,roll papads,achar all by herself that too at such a large scale.

25)Gadas main door is always open and anyone/everyone walks in without knocking/ringing the bell.

26. All big criminals and bad people suddenly turn good after some moral values lectures by the GOKULDHAM Waasis

27. In GD society, every male member dread of Babuji's punishment, in real world people are not even dread of their own parents then who will be dread of an old man who is just a member of the society and not their relative.

28. An dietitian/nutritionist, will not always rely on Karela/Neem juice, there are some spare days or some good food which she can allow.

29. No Sardaar in real life keeps on doing "Balle-Balle" on every stupid event, (I am a Sikh, and this is my personal experience about Sikhs/Punjabis from Punjab or Mumbai

30. No person can always talk or think about KHAANA like Dr.Haathi in Real world.

31. Police postings keeps on changing every 3 years, so will wait to see if they change CHAALU PANDEY or not.

32. Finally no one can be as MAHAAN as the ppl of GD Society in real world, not even the the actors of the show in their real life
