What is the point of living with a man who can divorce you all because you had another daughter ? When she had the guts or strong faith in god while keeping the child in the temple, she could have used it make a better life for her daughters.When the man says,'give me a son or I will divorce you', why cannot the woman say,' You hate my children, you hate me too'. This ideal image of Indian women is very disturbing. Respect should work both ways according to me.
Its simply justifying a crime but I won't forgive a pickpocketer if he says he had a big majboori of unemployment behind his choice of employment . Same goes with this woman.
