Surabhi is uneducated.

She has an ailing father

Her husband and in-laws wanted a son.They feel daughters are burden to the family.

Surabhi's husband threatened her that he will divorce her and marry someone else if she gives birth to another daughter

They did not accept the second daughter.

Surabhi stayed with her father for 2 months and finally had to abandon her child in the temple because she did not wanted to lose her husband,in-laws and her elder daughter(who was staying happily with her father and her grandparents).

I feel it's more of Surabhi's fault than her family.If they can accept the elder daughter then they would have surely accepted the second one,even though it would have taken a long time for them to accept her.Rahi baat divorce and second marriage ki,even an uneducated woman knows to go to the police and file a case against her family.Of course it's not so easy as women always think that the society will blame them instead of the husband.There are many other problems too.

I find surabhi a weak and a timid woman.But there are many women like Surabhi who commit such sins because of their majboori.Even educated women have to silently bear all the injustice.

Let's see what solution this show will bring.

Aapne kitna aacha update likha hain!!! Waise u forget to mention that in the precap babita comes up wid the idea!! Heheh so tomorrw is non-gada zone!!! They are giving chance to others memebers too !! First bhide-Madhavi now babita ... sorry forget to mention sodhi also (uska idea tha na )

Filal ke liye jashn manao track kahtm hone aaraha hain (april khtam hone aaya track ke saath) 😆

👏 Bohot aacha post hai...

Actually i can understand that for a women it is too difficult to straight away go to police and complaint...

But self respect naam ki bhi koi chiz hoti hai na

For self respect dil pe patthar rakhna bohot jaruri hai...

I know sitting over here and commenting is very easy, but m also a girl, i know what problems a women can face if they do something which are not accepted by society for eg-complaining to police station about the torture from in-laws etc. There are many prblms, sab batane jaungi to bohot badi list ban jayegi.

But, to overcome such obstacles a women has to be strong, agar nahi hai to bano, we are not left with any option rather than being strong...

Aise logonko na sabak sikhaana chahiye jo women ko kamzoor samajte hai, and society ki thinking ka fayda uthate hai

And i still dont understand y always society judge women ONLY.. Y dont they give a 2nd thought and think ki mens ki bhi galti ho sakti hai...😡😡😡

well reading your post kind of made me sad..

though am not watching this track..and many of points you mentioned are true, aaj ki naari itni kamzoor nahi hai, magar kayee jaga abhi bhi aaisa bhi hota hai.

hum jis mahool mein jee rahe hain uss mein sub se bada rog yehi hai ki log kya kahenge..

aur insaan ki majburi uski kamzoori ban jati hai and kayee log iss ka hi faida uuta te hain...

afsoos ki baat ye hai ki...kayee jaaga abhi bhi girl child ko ek booj mana jaata hai, aur hamare samaj mein ladkiyan ziyada problems face karti hain..compared to boys..

magar hum ye kyun bhool jaate hain ki ek auraat hi hai jis ki wajha se hum iss duniya mein hai..

coming to the track...though it has been long one, and they could have wrapped up it in week..hope they end it in a good way..!!

Daughters these days aren't a burden! Kis zamaane mein reh rahe ho mere dost? These days daughters act like a support system to their families...

Bas aur ni likhna, fir mujhe gussa chad jaana hai...

Last mein itna hi, ke bhagwan ji, logon ko dimaag de do...aur usse dhang se use
karna sikha do 🤔

agree with you...kids are soo very close to their mothers, kids hi kyun even adults...aur kitni bhi majburi ho ek maa aapne bache ko aapne se dur nahi karti..

story is bit unconvincing but ya reality mein hota hai aaisa...i have read many times about such things, its harsh reality present in few parts of our country..i don't think it happens in major cities...but shayad kahin villages and all u know..

but still...ye sub soch kar hi daar lagta hai...wonder how the abandoned kids live with it..very sad indeed.

Agreed it was her husband and in-laws fault and it's difficult to go to the police but does that mean she will abandon the baby in a temple because she wants to live with her useless and merciless family all her life?What's the baby's fault?Why should she be punished?What if a bad person would have taken away the baby?There are many people who keep these kids and when they grow up,they force them to beg or to become prostitutes.

It's mostly surabhi's fault.She turned out to be a selfish and a timid woman who sacrificed her daughter for her desire to stay with her husband.Her majboori was that she wanted to stay with her husband so she abandoned her daughter.It's not majboori,it's her selfishness.And she was pretending to be a bechari to gain sympathy from GD wasis.

Actually,the GD wasis should teach a lesson to surabhi's family and then keep khushi with them.That will be the best punishment to surabhi and her family.

Best punishment is when kushi is educated, got a good job and can stand on her own two feet, in this day and age it's just wrong to see girls as a burden, they contribute so much whether it's to family or outside world. Seems so weird when a woman is against a girl child it's like questioning your own existance.
